EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

➢ Oct’16 – Till Now: MakeMyTrip (Flights Module) as Senior Software QA Engineer-II (Individual Contributor):
Currently MakeMyTrip Flights module have separate order flow for International and Domestic flights and All the
logics/process were kept in web application server level. Unification Project is all about bringing them to one flow .It is
being developed in Micro Services concept. I am the solely working on with them from Test team .Automating JAVA
APIs and maintaining the framework, Load Test and Manual Testing if needed. Providing all end to end support
including monitoring and reporting. Now Web application is only used to parse the response from backend and
display. We have automated Web part also using selenium Webdriver so that we are covering the even the corner
cases .Simultaneously, We are monitoring the product performance through various tools and Metrics –Sentry to
track Exceptions, Hystrix, Grafana to monitoring the performance .Canary is being used which helps to track the
performance for new feature while deployment.

➢ May’15 – Oct 16:IGS -InMobi Client (e-Commerce) as SDET:

Since this project is all about commerce product of different merchant (e.g Amazon, Walmart, PayTM, Snapdeal) ,DB
team is responsible to ingest those products to DB. For QA side we are responsible to verify the product been ingested
have right details. This project involves Automation Testing, Functional Testing, Integration Testing, and Configuration
Testing. This project involves Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Configuration Testing and Linux/Platform
Testing, Mobile Testing, Attribution Testing, Cookie Validation. Contributed some part to Mobile automation Using
Calabash/Cucumber and Gherkin. To verify merchant’s products we have automated the backend system
(Database) through method driven framework using Java.
 Role includes: -Verify The Data Ingestion (Catalog) from a file to DB in different tables, I have automated all the Tests
using java, Reporting with Failure and Passed Tests, Setup the Platform(Unix),Gateway and DB config, Environment
Setup,Logs verification when performing any test(Beacon Test) through charles/Platform and Gateway, Dumping all
the catalog to Elasticsearch and Allowing business to use it to select the trendy products, API validation Test with
JSON,Maintaining the services and exposing the api so that Automation tests can be called through any service. Build
deployment and running the tests

➢ Nov’11 – May15 :IG Group (Trading & Finance) as QA Engineer:

IG has very well designed website which has many section including Account Opening and Puredeal (Post login page)
and This team is responsible to automate the as much as possible area. This project involves: Automation framework
Data Driven Development using selenium Webdriver , Java and TestNG. I was involved Regression, Sanity testing,
Component Testing, Smoke Testing, White Box Testing ,Integration and System Testing ,API Testing. Different types of
application forms and Account creation testing in browser and Mobiles manually and using automation testing tool
(Selenium web driver).Client verification testing using different verification provider (third party)-Equifax, Experian
and Veda. Preparing Acceptance criteria as per requirement and Documents. Testing all the flags/attributes for the
newly added services, ensuring the backend sends the correct data for those flags. Escalating the key issues to BM, devs
and tech leads. Testing using Rest service.

 BE (Electronics and Communication) from RGPV University in 2011 (Degree in Hons.)
 Certification in ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualification Board).
