AUTO SALAAH TIMETABLE

FEATURES

The Auto Salaah Timetable is able to keep the users of the Masjids aware of the Salaah times for 365
days a year.

It is packed full of features to ensure all users can be kept abreast of information of any events and
changes to the Salaah times.

Some of the features included are:

• Store Salaah Times for the full 12 months.

• Ability to add upto 10 event posters.
• Set an expiry time so that the Event Poster removes itself when the event has passed.
• Show specific user selectable posters when the Salaah starts.
• Show Makrooh Time when the Masjid user is discouraged from performing any Salaah
• Show the current Islamic date straight after Maghrib Salaah.
• Show tomorrows Salaah time when Salaah is complete.
• Flash the Salaah time when Salaah time changes the next day to bring the masjid users
attention towards the screen.
• User can set text colors to match the Masjid decor.
• User can choose their own background to enhance the look of the screen
• Use Microsoft Excel/Word to edit Salaah Times.
• 30 second countdown to Salaah start time.
• User configurable to show Adhaan time before Jamaat Time.

SYSTEM

Once the system is installed you will have full control by using the User Friendly software to change the
Salaah Times as and when you require.

Please read the information below to fully understand how the system works.

Full Telephone and Email/Remote Desktop Support will be provided, by an Auto Salaah Timetable
representative.

It is your responsibility to provide the Timetable data for the 12 months prior to installation. There is
however a very an easy to use interface to enter the Timetable data.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

The software needs to run on a dedicated PC which remains ON for 24/7. Also the PC will have to be
placed in a location where you may require easy access to download posters for upcoming events etc.

The PC needs to support HD and you can use a HDMi Splitter to connect as many screens as you require

Simple Arabic Fonts Support (Right to Left Font Support is available on ALL Windows Operating
Systems, normally this is just enabled from the Control Panel Settings).

If on site installation support is required there will also be additional charges.

RECOMMENDATIONS

I recommend if you use a TV Screen to display the timetable, the TV should be able to Power OFF from
the MAINs plug and when powered back ON it should remember the Input Signal (e.g. HDMI1, AV1 or
VGA). If a PC computer screen is used then this should not be an issue.

By having the above feature you can use a PIR Sensor similar to the type used on Garden Security lights
to switch the Screen OFF when the Masjid is empty, without any human intervention.

COST

The cost of the software is £200 is ready and dispatched to you via. You can connect as many screens as
you like to one PC as long the PC supports multiple graphics ports, or by using a HDMI splitter,

You can choose from a range of templates from the templates chart. The price for the Standard
templates is included in the software.

INSTALLATION

The installation of the software is done by an Auto Salaah Timetable representative using remote
access software. The PC for the installation needs to be connected to the internet for the installation to
take place.
