CADBURY
Cadbury's is a British multinational confectionery company owned by Mondelēz
International. It is the second largest confectionery brand in the world
after Mars.[1] Cadbury is headquartered in Uxbridge, London, and operates in more
than fifty countries worldwide. Its best known products include Dairy Milk chocolate.
In 1824, John Cadbury began to sell tea, coffee and drinking chocolate from his
premises in Birmingham. Cadbury developed the business with his brother Benjamin,
and later his sons Richard and George. George developed the Bournville estate, a
model village designed to improve the living conditions of company employees. Dairy
Milk chocolate, introduced in 1905, used a higher proportion of milk within the recipe
compared with rival products. By 1914, the chocolate was the company's best-selling
product.
Cadbury merged with J. S. Fry & Sons in 1919, and Schweppes in 1969. Cadbury was
a constant constituent of the FTSE 100 from the index's 1984 inception until the
company was bought by Kraft Foods in 2010.

Global Human Resource Planning
Human Resource Planning (HRP) is the process of forecasting the future
human resource requirements of the organization and determining as to
how the existing human resource capacity of the organization can be
utilized to fulfil these requirements. It, thus, focuses on the basic economic
concept of demand and supply in context to the human resource capacity
of the organization.
Salaries: The CADBURY offer better salaries than the other companies. The
salary ranges are a kind of reflection of your credentials in the industry. Some
individuals consider it to be a reality check and are ready to take up the
challenge of improving on it.
Exposure: When an individual steps into the threshold of CADBURY he/she is
assured of the much coveted exposure one needs to make a mark in the
industry. The infrastructure, regular trainings both internal and external, even
sponsored certifications by some companies are some of the benefits enjoyed
by CADBURY staff.
Campus recruitment: Usually CADBURY rely much more on campus
recruitments than the smaller companies do. As they have the required funds,
space and environment to train fresher’s from scratch, the bigger players in the
game are least apprehensive of hiring enthusiastic beginners who are barely
out of college.
Work Pay Balance: The CADBURY Company is very particular about granting
designation jumps and salary hikes or even in acknowledging service in terms
of awards. Their policies in these matters are such that very few can find a fault
with.
Time Utilization: Anyone who is a part of Cadbury company must know the
worth of time as very little or no time can be spent in gossiping and irrelevant
discussions at workplace.
