On the 12th day of Tuesday, November 2019. Celebrating “General Assembly” Venue- GAAI/
Alumni Hall of Young Entrepreneurs Society, was held in RTU Boni in Mandaluyong City. The
Young Entrepreneurs Society (YES) is an organization of young entrepreneurs who share a
common passion for excellence in business and professional growth. YES was established to
educate, promote, encourage, network and develop aspiring and successful entrepreneurs. Through
a series of engagements with successful business owners and executives, learning events,
mentorship and networking opportunities, members of the society learn the crucial elements
necessary to become successful entrepreneurs.

I’m so overwhelmed to be part of the seminar last Tuesday, November 12, 2019 because all of the
speakers are great. They are very entertaining, very straight to the point and very inspiring. The
first speaker Eng. Grace Bondad Nicalos a Co- founder and COO of TAG Media and Public
Relations tells us to how to build business that will give you profit even if you’re not working. It
means you need to have a business that will give you profit even if you’re not working. At first
she give as an activity to participate with her presentation. Try to answer it and give us time to ask
her about our products and some of her experience in business. She give us some advice about it.
She also mention to build a relationship with your bosses because its helps and guides you in a
matter of making decisions. I want to absorb she’s experience, wisdom and manner in doing
business. I like the way she uses her words, how she opened my mind about doing business.

During the seminar each speaker would give their experience as a successful business owners and
consultants. Their experience made us realize that they were in the same position that we are right
now and that they took chances in order to accomplish their dreams. They told us to take chances
and give our best because that what gonna paid off later on. It made us believe that our dreams as
an entrepreneur can come true if you work hard for it.

The seminars make us grow as entrepreneur and increase knowledge in different areas. They
showed us different techniques used by them, how they manage their time and that will be used
by us in the near future. This way we can pass on our knowledge to future generation and just as
the speakers were, be a role model to them. As professionals they guided us, telling us what would
be better for us and how much effort it requires. I learned what entrepreneurship is and which
conditions are the best for entrepreneurship environment. What should we do to feed
entrepreneurial movements and what is the role of entrepreneur in economy. This course offers
different kinds of materials like video references, suggested readings and also we’re attending very
interactive seminars, and all of these make my learning process easier and joyful. I like attending
both lectures and seminars.
