boundaries into the supply chain. It has been applied in healthcare, psychotherapy, life coaching, government,

Role Mission/Project:
People who are strong in solving complex business problems, quick in ideation and develop a concept to be
implemented on ground.

Strategy & Transformation

The incumbent may be required to work on path breaking strategies in any of the business areas (viz- Brand
Extension, Sales Transformation, Organization Transformation, CSD / GTR Growth Strategy, M&A)

Deep dive into current metrics with the help of various tools/market research etc. to draw specific information leading
to business effectiveness.

Projects focussed on Pricing & Revenue Management, Effectiveness of Channel wise Consumer Promotions, City
activations models etc.

Gain insights and knowledge about operations and supply chain models and techniques to align with business
requirements and share areas of improvement in terms of inventory control and resource optimization

Should be able to deep dive in the business complexities, understand the issues and how those can be resolved within
the legal constraints of the industry.
