The installation of the new EditShare software onto all company computers is a resounding
success. General approval among employees in the editing department affirm that the adoption of
the new system of document sharing is a marked improvement from our previous system. The

network, whose convoluted encryption base slowed workspace efficiency considerably.
EditShare has facilitated such an increase in workplace productivity and morale boost that most

The installation of the new EditShare software onto company computers has presented distinct
problems to department employees. General disapproval among employees in the editing
department affirm that the adoption of the new real-time document sharing system has created
technical issues greater than the previous system. EditShare’s real-time updating and document
refreshing across the company network generates high amounts of networking traffic, drastically
slowing all other programs used by employees to perform our tasks. Employees of the editing
department request that EditShare be uninstalled from the company network in order to allow
workflow to return to its regular efficiency, and to resolve the additional complications EditShare
has generated.

Additional Reasons for Uninstallation

Employees have observed the following issues that will be resolved by uninstalling the new
software:
● EditShare’s real-time page refreshing mechanic prevents the ​Undo​ function native to
company word processors from working consistently
● EditShare’s automated backup function produces so many copies of previous document
edits that computer RAM is being overworked, resulting in computer hardware damage
● EditShare’s lightweight encryption places company data at risk of being easily hacked
Employees are happy to accept the reinstallation of the company’s previous document sharing
network Sofwhirl if EditShare is removed from the company network.

EditShare+ holds the prospect of significantly increasing workflow and improving company
