The Lion King

"All of this will be yours one day son". Mufasa says as him and Simba

his young cub looks at the vast plains of Africa. But things wouldn’t turn out

as planned. There will be a terrible tragedy, bonds formed of blood will be

broken, and Simba will be avenged.

"It’s the circle of life. Scar said as he tossed his young nephew off the

cliff into the elephant grave yard. "NOOooo" said Simba as he was falling.

Mufasa runs up, lunging after Simba. But he was too late, Simba was gone. "

How could you Scar!?" Mufasa exclaimed. Again, Scar answers with " It’s the

circle of life brother", Scar slips into the fog of the grave yard as Mufasa sobs

over the death of Simba.

There was an eerie silence as the entire animal kingdom mourned the

death of the soon to be king. But Scar was not mourning in fact he was

conjuring a plan of ill intentions, Scar wanted to be king and that’s what he

was going to get. Or so he thought. As Mufasa sat sobbing, he felt an

overwhelming sense rage. Rage for Scar, Mufasa wanted him dead. But

Mufasa knew that is not what Simba would have wanted. So Mufasa was

going to banish scar.

Mufasa calls for a ceremony in "remembrance of Simba". But Mufasa's

real intention is to draw Scar in and make him leave. Scar on the other paw,

takes the ceremony to get close to Mufasa and hit him when he is down. "Scar"

Mufasa says, "will you be joining me at the ceremony?". "Yes" replies scar.

"Perfect, meet me at Pride rock" Mufasa says as he is walking away towards

his wife Sarabi. "What was that about Mufasa?" asks Sarabi. "You'll see at the

ceremony" Mufasa replies.

"Welcome everyone, before we begin the ceremony, I have something to

say... "Mufasa says. Scar interrupts "Wait brother, now that Simba is no longer

in the picture, I'm next in line for king and I'm looking to take power a little

sooner than planned." Mufasa laughs "That won't be happening Scar, you’re

banished, never to return back to the pride lands." Scar slashes Mufasa's face.

"Now we are more alike" Scar divulged. Mufasa charges Scar, pushing him

towards the edge of the rock. It’s the brawl of the century, Mufasa claws and

Scar bites. Mufasa’s rage takes over, he pushes Scar over the edge. Scar is

hanging off the edge of pride rock, "Help me brother" Scar cries. "I never

wanted it to come to this" Mufasa says. "Please!” Scar cries again. Mufasa

pulls Scar up from the edge and says "Never return or I will finish what we

started here!". Scar runs and runs, never to be seen again. The circle of life

continued through Mufasa and Sarabi... Welcoming another little cub named

Ahadi, after his grandfather. Mufasa raises him to be the greatest king the

pride lands had ever seen.
