constitute my Mother, REBECCA C. MANOGURA, of legal age, widow, Filipino citizen,
and resident of 42-B Triplet, Canelar, Zamboanga City, to be my true and lawful
attorney to act in, manage and conduct all my affairs and for that purpose in my name
and on my behalf to do and execute any or all of the following acts, deeds, and things,

DIPLOMA and TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS (TOR).

To sign and execute in my behalf any and all papers and documents, and
