EXPERIENCE
SEPTEMEBER 2019 – PRESENT
AMERICAN FEDERATION FOR CHILDREN, VOICES FOR CHOICE
 American Federation for Children dedicates all its time to school choice advocacy.
 In 2018 they created a testimony group (cohort of college students from all over
the country) called the "Voices of Choice”.
 As a member of the Voices of Choice travel I travel the country, with my fellows, to
testify about my experience in choice schools, and how the voucher/Scholarship
program helped change my life.
 AFC gives me the necssary tools to effectively communicate my story, network,
and give speeches in legisltion offices, summits, meetings, and events specifically
designed to celebrate our success.

JUNE 2016 – PRESENT

SUMMER SCHOOL TEACHER, CENTER FOR URBAN TEACHING INTERNSHIP
(SEASONAL-SUMMER SCHOOL)
 Internship designed to give college students, teachers and administrators the
necessary tools to becoming great leaders in society.
 Quality teaching that aids in student achievement.
 Helps identify, prepare, and support high-performing urban teachers and leaders.
 As students and adminstrators on the path to success as teachers and staff inside
of a functioning classroom and school setting during the summer.

AUGUST 2015 – JUNE 2017

TEACHING FELLOW, HOPE CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS (PRIMA)
 Assisting teachers with instruction, responsibilities, and task in and out of the
classroom.
 Aiding students, who need additional help outside of full classroom instruction,
with necessary tools to be successful.
 Preparing materials, equipment, and activities for students to better grasp the
understanding of a lesson.
