A FAIR FOR LOVE

Introduction:

The following is a proposal to conduct a interactive event that promotes love, peace and harmony
with the people who will be joining the event. This proposal will strengthen the bond of each other not
just in the members of the family but also to make new bonds. This proposal also contains some details
and information to the said proposal. There will be target participants, purpose, event description,
objective, flow of the activity and program. This event proposal will undergo some activities that are
related to valentines. This event will give opportunities to the people to show or express their love,
thoughts, what they feel and also to give a chance to a person to confess their feelings for someone they
admire with, on the other hand, to give entertainment to the people who join the event. This event will
is not only for the ones who is in love but also for those people who wants themselves to enjoy the
event.

Background:

Target Participants and Purpose:

The event will be conducted to all students in Aklan Catholic College to join our activities. We will
expect people to join our event. In this event we will having a booth for the people who does not
express his/her feeling for the person he/she love or admire, and we think in this way this as their
chance to confess their feelings to their love one, and also there will be a . And also we will be having a
bond for over participant in our event to enjoy and to make some noise. There will be a sponsorship
from GLOBE that will be also joining the event. Our event it will be held on February 13 in the year of
2019.

PROPOSAL, BENEFITS, PROCEDURE AND RESULT:

Description of the Event

This event is a joint activity that will be proposed and will be beneficiary to the people who will join the
event, an activity that will strengthen the bond of friends, best friends and also with the people feel it
more than friends. This event will start first in the opening ceremony which is the national anthem and
prayer, next is the opening of every booth in every strand with the selling of their products that they will
going to display. Next are the participants that voluntarily participate to show their talents like spoken
poetry, slogan about politics and a band that will entertain and give sparks to the proposed event. It is
also one of the ways that could help people to be encourage and develop friendships and also to
enhance their self-confidence. This event will cost charges, including the entrance fee and there will be
also a contest for the booths of every strands, the most attractive booths will win prizes, there will a
selection of three booths that will win; for the first will receive 2,000 pesos for the second is 1,000 pesos
and for the third 500 pesos. For the talents of spoken poets, they will be given a token of appreciation
for showing and sharing their thoughts, feelings and the messages that the people will gain from them.

Objectives:

This Event Aims To:

1. Promotes bonding developing friendships among the students and teachers.

2. Encourage the students to develop self-confidence through the activities that they will be joining
with

3. Gain ideas and inspiring messages that the students will hear and witness from voluntary
participants that will share their thoughts and feelings.

POSSIBLE RESULT OF THE EVENT:

PROGRAM’S FLOW OF ACTIVITIES:

PART
1. The Booths of every respective strand will be opened before the day of the event.

2. The day of the event, it will be started at 9:45 with an opening ceremony.

3. Next are the performing of the poetry of the voluntary participants, showing their
talents and expressing their thoughts and feelings.

4. Lunch break before the performance of the band.

5. Performing of the band to entertain the people who will join the event.

6. Closing of the event.

CONCLUSION: This project would be mutually beneficial to the students, faculty, sponsors, and also to
the people who will join the event. It would be expected that this event will be interactive and will help
the people to bond and build friendship, improve self-confidence, again ideas and thoughts, and will be
entertainment by the band. This event is hoped to be successful with the help of the students, teachers
of Aklan Catholic College, the sponsors and the people who will join the event.
