Procedure
1.Signing of Loan Agreement with
Financier and release of funds.
2. Borrower will issue Short term Surety
Bond or Performance Bond against the
amount of loan as guarantee for the
financier.
3. File all land owners documents to
DENR for issuance of Land Certification.
(Office to Office-No show up of Docs.)
A. DENR will issue the following
documents:
i). Technical Description
ii). Approved Lot Plan
iii). CTC of Lot Certification
by Geodetic Engr.
iv). Survey Plan of Lot
v). Surveyor Fee for 80 Hectares
B. Cost of “Order to Occupy” from the
court
4. Land Registration Authority (LRA) &
Register of Deeds.
All documents From DENR to be
submitted to LRA
C. LRA will do the Processing &
Reconstitution.
i). Official Letter to Record
Section, Mapping 107,
Administrator.
ii). Endorsement Letter from
LRA to R.D. for Titling.
iii). R.D. will notify owner that
Titling is ready for payment.
5. After Payment LARES will now
process the Title.
After one (1) week we will be
advised to get Certified True
Copy of E-TITLE.
Result Duration
Have it notarized and copies with both
party.
Financier will keep the original bond up
until they received the original title of
property as collateral.
We will get a copy of the following as
proof that processing of title is ongoing.
a). Technical Description
b). Approved Plan
c). CTC of Lot Certification
by a Licensed Geodetic 2 months
Engineer.
d). Survey Plan of Lot
e). Acknowledgment Receipt of
Surveyor Professional Fee.
f). Will get the original copy of the
order from the court
We will get copy of the following
documents while the original will be
submitted to LRA & RD for Titling.
a). Copy of Official Letter to
Record Section, Mapping
107, to the Administrator.
b). Copy of Endorsement Letter from 2 months
LRA to RD for Titling advice.
c). Copy of Advice Letter from RD to
Landowner that the Titling is ready
payment.
d). Copy of advised letter from LRA
to get CTC of E-Title.
e) Original E-Title to be received by
the Financer and the Owner.
