COMMENT/OPPOSITION TO THE MOVANT’S MOTION FOR

JUDICIAL APPROVAL TO SELL ESTATE PROPERTY
COMES NOW, the Oppositor through undersigned counsel and
unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully submits this
Comment/Opposition to the Movants Motion for Judicial Approval to
Sell Estate Property and states that;

1. Last 21 October 2019, the Oppositor received a copy of the

Motion for Judicial Approval to Sell Estate Property filed by
herein Movant seeking to sell the Gapan Property of the
Estate particularly described as TCT NT- 74045 WITH AN
AREA OF 19.0645 HAS and TCT NT- 74044 WITH AN AREA
OF 4.2344 HAS;
2. The Oppositor respectfully opposes the Movants Motion for
Judicial Approval to Sell Estate Property which anchored on
the premise that the majority of the heir of Pablo Santero
agreed to convey the property for them to meet the expenses
of maintaining the other estate properties and settling certain
liabilities like the real property taxes;
3. As the co-owner of the above properties, the Oppositor is
interested in maintaining her proportional share in deference
to her grandparents. The movant and the majority of the co-
owners may sell their proportionate share, but they have to
respect the proportionate share of the Oppositor in the estate.

4. Moreover, the Oppositor will just share in the expenses for the
preservation of the entire estate, but the administrator should
account for all the income of the whole estate;

5. Hence, in view of the foregoing, the Oppositor most

respectfully prays of this Honorable Court to deny the
Movant’s Motion for Judicial Approval to Sell Estate Property.
PRAYER
WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable
Court to deny Movant’s Motion for Judicial Approval to Sell Estate
Property.
Oppositor prays for such other reliefs as may be just and
equitable in the premises.
