Swaad app will use Food Delivery Technique to provide homemade food to people. Also Providing Tiffin Service

BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
There are many housewives who just stay at home and are willing to earn some money. We know the demand of
Home Made Food is very much. Other Apps or platforms provide food delivery from restaurants and places which
is not liked my most of the people so here we come in the market where we provide them the Home Made Food
and also a tiffin service option. So one can order daily or can get a monthly subscription.

VISION
To Make People get Actual Home Made Healthy Food.

TARGET AUDIENCE
Users of this service will be mostly students who stay away from home to study or do jobs. Office people will also
be our market as they mainly depend on restaurants for their lunch and are Sick of it. One can have a Home Like
Dinner with his family through the app, doesn’t matter you are tired after office, you will get home like food.

GOAL
Our Goal will be to spread our Business in The NCR region then Further Decide if we can expand it. A month will be
enough to spread the name and start working. Providing quality food will be our motive.

REVENUE MODEL
Deliver Charge will be on the basis of the distance. Rs. 20 per 10km. The App Will Only tell the food items and order
will be given to the nearest available house. The Menu list will only contain items that are made on home daily
basis. All the packaging stuff will be given to our Kitchen Kings. No use of non biodegradable plastic will be used in
packaging stuff.
