11 The meeting started at 9:00 in the morning. An opening prayer was given by Mrs. Beth Bangit.
12 Acknowledgement and welcome remarks was given by Mr. Severino Gonayon our Barangay Director of
13 the association.

15 Mr. Romel Beyao, our master of ceremony read the prepared agenda.

17 The first agenda is the election of officers. The body vote through raising of hands and the following are
18 the Elected officers:

30 The master of ceremony asked the elected President Mrs. Lupnacan to chaired the table, to continue
31 the meeting.

33 The second agenda is the Name of the association. Mrs. Lupnacan asked the body if they will carry the
34 name of the association which sir Tizon gave them which is the Mabaca Hugpong Multi Sectoral
35 association. The Body agreed to carry the name.

38 The third agenda is the ratification of the constitution and by-laws. Mrs. Lupnacan asked the body if one
39 of the member is knowledgeable enough to draft the constitution and by-laws since no one of the body
40 is knowledgeable enough, Mrs. Lupnacan then asked the body if they want to adopt the by-laws draft by
41 the DOLE and the body agreed to ratify the constitution and by-laws.

43 Since there were no further queries’/ issues to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 1:00 pm.
