I have more than 15 years in design and management experienced in the petrochemical, petroleum industry and operating
refineries and the aerospace sectors, including the manufacturing of electrical power system and automation for the process
control environment. I held overall technical and managerial responsibilities in projects management, technical services,
business planning, engineering design and work development, field acceptance testing, procurement and field construction
with client interface.

Representatives Assignments Include:

Electrical Project Consultant- Chevron Bakersfield, CA. RUP/ASPT project at Lost Hills and Coalinga, CA
2013 to 2015. Project Engineer for the Refinery Upgrade Project (RUP) and Automation and System Power Team (ASPT).
Provide leadership and project support for electrical and automation systems as part of process plant investments and/or
electrical system modifications. This task include upgrade of PLC to the AB ControlLogix platform and associated OIT
interface terminals with Archestra and new HMI programming. Responsibilities also included but not limited to facilitated
HAZOPS/PHA meetings, job walk with vendors, check out and commissioning of instrument and power systems, participation
in FAT, reviews of electrical, P&ID drawings and PLC I/O wiring diagrams. Served as a resource to other disciplines in all
phases of the capital project effort in schedules and/budget. Development of control narratives, power studies and SOP for
controls and maintenance documentations.

Lead Control System Engineer- Jacobs Engineering Group (EPC) Long Beach, CA
2011 to 2013. Phillips 66 LAR Carson and Wilmington, CA site. Lead the project teams for modifications and
upgrade projects at both refinery location for control system automation, installations of various field and control room
instrumentation. Lead the check-out activities for field acceptance test (FAT) for emergency shutdown control panel,
checking all interconnecting wiring diagrams for DCS or PLC I/O assignments. Managing the daily work activities of
Instrument Engineers and Designers making sure that submitted work packages are accurate and quality adherence to P66
standards. Actively lead the development of control narratives, loops diagrams and instrument data sheets.

Sr. Project Engineer- Crane Aerospace (Brake System and Cabin Solutions) Burbank, CA
2008 to 2011. Manage new products development for cabin seat actuation system. Prepare program proposal, organizes
system drawings and documentation for timely completion and release. Coordinate design and certification activities,
development of Quality Test Plan (QTP) and Quality Test Reports (QTR) documentation prior to actual test and conformity
to FAA approval. Lead Engineering Design Review (EDR) meeting and assess resource requirements, program cost and
providing technical support as required. Develop bill of materials (BOM) and coordinate prototype development, required
tooling and fixtures for manufacturing. Develop and implement product testing programs for functionality identifying
problems and proposing resolutions before production release. Distribute information to all Integrated Product Team (IPT)
on product status, drawings release and revisions levels and other pertinent data.

Technical Project Engineer- United Refining Company (Operating Refinery) Warren, PA


2007 to 2008. Responsible for managing technical projects for electrical and control upgrade including development of
technical specifications and scope of work (SOW) and request for proposal (RFP) documents. Manage engineering design
review, pre-bid conferences, proposal evaluations and other contract conferences. Preparation of technical reports relating
to project topics or status for electrical, process control instrumentation design packages, project cost and project planning
allocating budget and manpower in relation to project schedule to ensure quality delivery and resolve any technical
problems or conflicts. Support refinery construction projects monitoring all phases of field construction, verifies that all
required erection drawings, standards, procedures and project specifications have been received and understood by the
contractor.

Technical Manager- Online Power (Power System Manufacturer) Commerce, CA.


2005 to 2007. Manage the production of complex computer system, support electronics and high voltage equipment into a
final product design for power monitoring, standby power and power conditioning for various applications.
Develop product specifications, test procedures, manufacturing process and quality assurance programs. Selection and
approved of OEM vendor's products for compatibility and reliability to meet our product standards. Motivate and manage
team members.

Project Manager 1- Aramco (Operating Refinery) Rabigh, Saudi Arabia


2003 to 2005. Manage multiple technical projects for plant modification and upgrade including preparation of technical
specifications and scope of work (SOW) description, request for proposal (RFP) and provide technical assistance during
pre-bid conferences, evaluations and other contract conferences. Review contractor and vendor design drawings, construction
materials, specifications and calculation submittals for functionality and adherence to engineering and material standards.
Work with contractors during construction to resolve any technical problems or conflicts.

Technical Project Manager- Triconex Corporation (TMR Computer Manufacturer) Irvine, CA.
1996 to 2003 Test & Integration Dept. Manage all aspects of triple modular redundancy hardware (TMR) and emergency
shutdown system (ESD) software engineering project for Aramco, Petrokemya, British Petroleum, Arco and Sonatrach
Algeria including proactive participation in hardware factory acceptance test (FAT) and software (SAT) acceptance test.
Prepare technical specifications, proposal and contract stipulation to define scope of work (SOW), budget administration,
project schedules, staffing and resource planning. Manages meetings concerning project status, change order management
and ensuring the quality of work and coordination of resources to satisfy customer requirements. Delegate work and
supervise personnel assigned to the projects

Technical Project Manager- Saudi Arabia Parsons LTD (EPC) Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
1994 to 1996. Responsible for the management of automation project from front end engineering (FEED) design, functional
review, qualification testing to detail design and construction plant wide. Develop project specifications, requirements and
quality targets, budget and project schedules and risk identification and resolutions planning. Meet with contractors and
vendors to analyze scope of work providing technical clarifications, interpretations which are commensurate with contract
stipulations. Allocate human, materials and outsource resources as required to accomplish work scope, goals and objectives.
Ensure that quality control inspections and functions are performed.

Project Manager- Brown & Root Braun (Engineering & Construction) Alhambra, CA.
1990 to 1994. Responsible for the overall development of electrical power distribution for major electrical equipment,
lighting and fire protection system design for Arco GHX-2 project. Review and make corrections to control circuitry for
motors, pumps and process control instrumentation for drill sites control rooms and gas injection field instruments to
interface with PLC and DCS for British Petroleum, ARCO Prudhoe Bay drilling operations and Alyeska Pipeline Service
Company. Provide technical assistance at pre-bid conferences and assist in proposal development and evaluation. Prepares
technical reports, request for proposal (RFP), develop conceptual designs, man-hour estimates and material takeoffs.
Supervised the integration and implementation of hardware and software bundles for Supervisory Control and Data
Acquisition System (SCADA) application. Supervised Engineers and Designers assign to the project.
