Students will be tasked to work in groups. They will be required to conceptualize and execute a presentation MVJ
(creative teaching-learning) style of any Community Health Nursing concept. This must be at least 10 – 15 minutes
long.
Students will be allowed to work on their topic (Example: Primary Health Care) and must express their knowledge
about the concepts of Primary Health Care (PHC) that they’ve learned from the course into a simple role play using
people as their props which can be interpreted by the common people (other individual not enrolled in the nursing
course).
The output of the groups will be presented in the annual celebration of the Mary Vita Jackson (MVJ) program as part
of the program contest for the best presentation per year level. The students should also submit a video tape of their
presentation, with a one paragraph synopsis containing a brief summary of their concept, character, message, etc.

ONLINE REFERENCES
1. Passing rate for all examinations is based on the zero based grading system.
2. NO SPECIAL QUIZZES shall be given to students with unexcused absences and the rate
will be ZERO.
3. Special long/major exams will be given for excused absences. However, a passing rate of
75% of the total number of items given is required (based on the zero based grading system).
4. Late requirements (journals, written reports, projects). Each late day made, is equivalent to
5% deduction from the obtained grade.
5. For absence during scheduled oral report, 10% will be deducted from the obtained grade if
CLASS POLICY excused. 0% or no chance of reporting for unexcused absence.
6. The student must get a FINAL GRADE of 75% (based on the zero based grading system) to
pass the course
7. NO REMOVAL EXAMS or SPECIAL PROJECTS will be given to all students who have
incurred a failing FINAL GRADE
8. Any untoward conduct or behaviour inside the classroom could be a ground for failure (e.g.
cheating on exams/quizzes or improper conduct as stipulated in Guidelines of OSDS for
misconduct)
