A. The School is Unaccredited but recognized by the Committee of Bar Examiners of the State
of California.
B. The School applied for provisional accreditation in 1983. The school withdrew application
in 1984. No application has been filed within the last five years. The School has been in
operation for 43 years.
C. The number and percentage of students who have taken and passed the First Year Law Exam

H. The Ratio of Faculty to students for the previous three years is .26 faculty members per student, and
3.85 students per faculty member. It is computed using Guideline 4.4, counting each faculty member as
half if the member is teaching all three quarters of the academic year, half x 2/3 if teaching two quarters,
and half x 1/3 if teaching one quarter. The student count is from the Enrollment Reports in the school's
Annual Reports to the Bar, i.e. the number of students as of September 15th of each year.
I. The Degree granted by Peoples College of Law may not satisfy requirements of other states
for the practice of law. Applicants should inquire regarding such requirements, if any, to the
state in which they wish to practice law.
J. The School has not been issued a Notice of Noncompliance by the Committee
K. Tuition and Fee Schedule: Application Fee: $50.00/$70.00 (non-refundable); Tuition Fee
per Unit: $222.22; Accountability Fee: $600.00 per year and may be refundable by performing
up to 40 hrs. of work each year. PCL fees may be subject to change. California State Bar fees:
FYLSX: $624.00; Registration as a Law Student: $110.00; General Bar Exam: $624.00.
