DEED OF RELEASE, WAIVER AND QUITCLAIM

We, ROLANDO A. TING and VIRGINIA TING YU, of legal age, Filipinos, and
residents of 24 St. Francis St., Don Bosco Village, Punta Princesa, Cebu City, after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say:

1. That we own a certain lot located at Punta Princesa, Cebu City known as Lot no. 2, PCS-
07-002977 decreed under Transfer Certificate of Title No. 107-2016003474, and duly
registered under the name of Virginia Ting Yu;

2. That for and in consideration of the amount of SIX HUNDRED FIFTY

THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 650,000.00), in hand received by us in full from
METROPOLITAN CEBU WATER DISTRICT (MCWD) as financial
reimbursement for expenses incurred for the repair and retrofit of structural
retaining wall footing as a result of the repair of MCWD’s pipelines on Lot 2 on
August 28, 2019;

3. We, hereby absolutely release, completely clear and forever discharge MCWD
and/or any of its officers or employees from any action, cause of action, sum of
money, labiality damages, claims and demands whatsoever, which in law or in
equity we have, or which we, our heirs, insurers, successors and assigns
hereafter may have upon or by reason of the damages sustained by us from the
busted pipe incident with the intention to completely and absolutely waive all
our right of action, causes of action, claims and demands of whatever nature,
arising from or in connection with the aforementioned incident;

4. We hereby warrant that we will institute no further action against MCWD and/or
any of its officers or employees arising from, by reason of, or in connection
with the aforementioned incident;

5. We further warrant that we will not hold MCWD liable for any subsequent and
consequential damages on the area repaired and retrofitted which may arise
from poor working standards, poor workmanship, poor quality of work,
negligence, or any cause attributable to the contractor, firm or any other person
who performed the said works;

6. We also manifest that the said financial reimbursement shall not be taken by us,
our heirs or insurer or assigns, as a confession and/or admission of liability on
the part of MCWD and/or any of its officers or employees in connection with
the aforementioned incident.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this ___ day of
