Barksdale’s UPA21 Series Transducers are

ultra-compact, mid-level, industrial grade transducers

ideal for use in OEM applications where reliability is essential and space is at a premium. At just over
two inches in overall length and less than one inch in diameter, the UPA21 will fit the tightest of spaces.

Wetted parts are 316 stainless steel and the IP65 enclosure features all-welded construction for

maximum protection against moisture intrusion. These units feature a stable, diffused silicon sensor

that achieves 0.5% accuracy, pressure ranges from 0-100 psi to 0 - 6,000 psi, that provide a 4-20 mA

analog output. For applications requiring an economical and highly accurate transducer in an

ultra-compact package, the UPA21 is the transducer to choose.

Barksdale’s SW2000 Solid State Pressure

Switches offer the accuracy of a solid state pressure

switch in an economical package. The SW2000 is available in two different configurations: as a dual

pressure switch or as a single switch with integrated 4-20 mA analog output. Setpoints and dead-

band are easily adjusted by using the keypad and user-friendly menu. Analog transducer outputs

are scalable from 25% to 100% of the full adjustable range. A 10-bit microprocessor provides built-

in self diagnostics and allows for switch time delays and pressure cycling up to 100 times per sec-

ond. Built to last, these switches come standard with IP65 protection. For applications requiring pre-

cision pressure monitoring and control at an affordable price, a SW2000 Solid State Pressure

Switch is the ideal solution.

Barksdale’s UDS3 Solid State Pressure Switch offers

the unique ability to switch four discrete circuits in a single, compact unit. In addition to its four SPDT

relays, the UDS3 comes standard with either a 4-20 mA or a 0-10 VDC analog output and a digital pres-

sure display with 1/2” tall, easy-to-read digits. A scalable bar graph display provides even greater visibility,

even at a distance. Analog transducer outputs are scalable from 25% to 125% of the full adjustable

range. A 12-bit microprocessor provides built-in diagnostics and allows for switch time delays and pres-

sure cycling up to 100 times per second. Pressure units may be readily toggled between psi, bar, kPa,

and an infinite number of user-defined units. For applications requiring precision pressure control, multiple

switchpoints and extremely long life, the UDS3 Series is the ideal solution.

Barksdale’s UQS7 Solid State Flow Switch

provides a highly accurate monitoring and control solution for water-based fluids. Our UQS7 combines

two built-in switchpoints, a 4-20 mA analog output, and a digital flow display in a single, compact unit.

Ultrasonic sensing technology measures time of flight between two discrete points, assuring highly

accurate measurement with low insertion loss as compared to other types of flow sensors. Setpoints

and deadband are easily adjusted by using a build-in, user-friendly menu. Analog transducer outputs

are scalable from 25% to 100% of full scale range, providing a high degree of flexibility for a wide range

of applications. A 10-bit microprocessor provides built-in self diagnostics and allows for switch time

delays up to 9.9 seconds. For applications requiring accurate monitoring of water-based fluids, the

UQS7 is an ideal choice.
