WAIVER, RELEASE AND QUITCLAIM

I, ARTEMIO REYES, JR. alias “ONDOY”, Filipino, of legal age, married, and
a resident of Balibadon, Cortes, Surigao del Sur, Philippines, after being sworn to in
accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That I am a tenant over these parcels of land, to wit: OCT No. P-26060, OCT
No. 161-P-26059 and TDN No. 07-0002-00007 Lot No. 7111 Cad 597 which
are all located at Balibadon, Cortes, Surigao del Sur, owned by Mrs. Victorina
Polinar Zafra and her children;

2. That by these presents, I hereby state that I have voluntarily relinquish,

surrender, abandon and renounce my rights as tenant of the said lots;

3. That for and in consideration of our good relationship with the family of Mrs.
Victorina Polinar Zafra and for the sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos
given to me by said family, which is in full and final satisfaction of my services
as tenant; by these presents, I DO HEREBY WAIVE, CONVEY,
SURRENDER, RELINQUISH and QUITCLAIM any and all of my rights,
interests and participation as tenant over the said lots;

4. That I hereby declare that I have no further claims whatsoever against Mrs.
Victorina Polinar Zafra and her children, and that I hereby release and forever
 discharge all of them from any and all claims, demands, cause of action of
whatever nature arising out of my being a tenant of the said lots;

5. I further agree that this WAIVER, RELEASE AND QUITCLAIM may be

pleaded in bar to any suit or proceeding to which either I, or my heirs and
assigns, may have against the said Zafra Family, in connection with my being
a tenant with the latter and that the payment which I have received as
provided herein should not in any way be construed as an admission of
liability on the part of the said Zafra Family and is voluntarily accepted by
me and will, if need be, serve as full and final settlement of any amounts due
me or any claims or cause of action, either past, present, future, which I may
have in connection with my being a tenant;

6. As such, I finally make manifest that I have no further claim(s) or cause of

action against said Zafra Family nor against any persons connected with the
administration of said lots and forever release the latter from any and all
liability; and

7. That, this WAIVER AND QUITCLAIM also binds my family, my children,

my successor-in-interest and all other persons who has a claim over the said
lots of my being a tenant.

That I execute this WAIVER and QUITCLAIM VOLUNTARILY AND

FREELY.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 25th day of

November 2019 at Tandag City, Philippines.
