ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF PPC & Vendor Development

 Observation of General Assembly drawings and Detail drawings.

 Indents and requisitions of raw material as per the requirement of drawing/standard.
 Releasing the job work detail drawing & shop orders for manufacturing, after
allocation of raw material.
 Co-ordination of manufacturing & fabrication work.
  Daily and weekly documentation (Manufacturing plan, Material procurement
planning etc) according to ISO: 9001 standards.
 Daily –Basis production monitoring in shop, fabrication and weld shop
 Manpower handling according to the project requirements
 Making list of machining items, Raw material, Bop items & Hardware as per Job
Requirement
 Making purchase order for machining item.
 Making list of Shortage list( weekly & Monthly),Manufacturing plan (weekly &
Quartly )as per Job Schedule
 Follow up with vendor for machining item as per job requirement.
 Departmental follow up –Give inspection call after readiness of material to Qc &
project department
 Organizing internal shop floor audits & ISO: 9001 Audit of PPC department.

Components Ltd. Faridabad as a trainee engineer in Production Department.
