 Company Introduction

Pinglaksh Anveshnam Pvt. Ltd., is an Indian Tech Company based in Gurugram that
focuses on providing automation products and solutions in different segments like
Residential, Hotels, Smart Cities, Commercial, Industrial and Agricultural fields and
many more to make our living secure, smart and convenient.

Pinglaksh was established by Mr. Latit Vashist and Mr. Nirmal Kumar Sharma on 8th
May 2018. The company initially started as a technology inventor for home
automation but later expanded to industrial, agricultural and water management
system automated products and solutions. With continuous in-house R&D, Pinglaksh
has evolved with the state of the art products/ solutions to incorporate the modern
era of technological advancement.
Our technology development team constantly focuses on creating a one stop
solution for our customers catering all spheres of automation.

We have patented smart curtain and rollers. We are in process of filing 15 more
patents spread across industries and verticals. Our Entire R&D and Production is
Indigenous.

Pinglaksh Anvesham is completely a “Make In India” believer company.

We have grown up hearing how Chinese and other countries have influenced our
quality of life and so we have come up with an ideology of joining hands with Indian
players to deliver a robust, efficient and trustable brand. And we wish to prove India
once again internationally.

Design & Consultancy

We work closely with Consultants and End-Users to meticulously gather requirements
and translate their high level requirements into a documented turn-key design
which can serve as a reference for all future project phases.
Pinglaksh is equipped with a professional technical team that works with the End-
Users, main Contractors, and Interior Designers. The result is a turn-key design that
accommodates considerations and requirements from all parties involved in a
project.

Project Management
Upon Award of the project, the Pinglaksh technical team engages the Main
Contractor, , and Interior Designer in a kick-off meeting to discuss all sites pre-
requisites where applicable.
All necessary documentation such as detailed designs and CAD drawings are
generated to reflect all agreed upon or as-built requirements.

Project Execution
Before starting with the project execution phase, a project progress report is also
created to reflect timeline, deliverables, and tasks required to complete the
project. This report would be updated on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
A skilled team of Pinglaksh engineers and technicians install all hardware,
commission all active and passive equipment, conduct stress testing on installed
devices and systems, and finally proceed to the programming phase of a project.
Before handing over, the Client is involved in a customization stage where the
solution is presented and then tweaked based on the Client’s feedback.
Upon completing of all optimization tasks a handover document is presented to the
client along with a walkthrough of all features of the installed systems and training
on usage.

Pinglaksh Anvesham Pvt. Ltd. prides itself with its Annual Maintenance Program
(AMP) that aims at continuously adding value to any Client deployment by remote
support, troubleshooting services, on-site support, preventative maintenance, as well
as software upgrades that will ensure any installed system is always up to date with
the latest features in the industry. We also provide guarantee and warranty under
one roof.

Smart Homes
Our Smart Home Solution put Pinglaksh on the map as a market leader in Home
Automation industry as being the first to introduce Parallel Touch Automation
Technology.

Our Smart Home solutions for the residential market allow customers to control
every aspect of a home including lighting, air conditioning, risk management,
motorized curtains (patented), security, irrigation, infra-red, multimedia, multi-room
audio, and entertainment systems.

The offered Smart Home system traverses beyond basic automation by providing
truly wireless solutions. Examples include India’s first linear phase-cut dimming, LUX
controlled Lights, Linear Lux control, Motorized curtains/Blinds, RGB Lighting;
Intelligent chimneys, PIR sensors, air quality sensors, motion sensors, Gas leakage
detection and control, Temperature and Humidity Sensors.

Smart Hotels

The Pinglaksh Smart Hotel Solutions enable the hospitality industry to improve
operational efficiency and reduce energy costs while at the same time providing
total comfort and luxury to the guests.

In-room controls feature seamless integrated systems for lighting, temperature,

curtains, entertainment, IPTV, and DND/CMR functions. The technology not only
addresses the needs of sales and front office, but also of the engineering and
maintenance, thus decreasing overheads and ensuring 100% uptime of the in-room
systems to guarantee occupancy.

We are working on creating an all-in-one check-in less experience at the hotel.

Apart from In-room controls, customers can also access various hotel services in the
hotel with a single touch.

Smart Offices

The Pinglaksh Smart Office Solutions start with advanced conference room solutions
and covers the entire office through Mobile/Browser devices. This includes
automation of electrical devices within the conference rooms such as lighting and
curtains, motorization and control of Audio Visual equipment and distribution
systems, room scheduling, catering solutions, and video calls.

For shared spaces we have developed a QR based transactional concept where

the employee would be able to access office facilities through QR scanners and
pay for them through a pre-paid account.

Parking Solutions for shared spaces based on pre allotted parking space for each
organization can be located by employees through a simple parking map and free
space detection.

Water Management System

Water automation is all about controlling, monitoring and even billing of water usage
in different places like hotel, house, irrigation land and industry.

Our smart sensor senses the level of water, flow strength and sends command to
device controller which automatically turn ON or OFF the motor, depending on
displacement in water storage level. By this you can avoid the wastage of water.
The system can be controlled remotely through mobile or web browsers. This can
also be scheduled as per the Municipal water timings.

We are building solutions to gauge water utility at individual level. This data can help
government track the total water consumption in an area and take necessary
measures to help reduce water wastage.

Automatic Irrigation System
An automatic irrigation system does the work quite efficiently and with a positive
impact on the place where it is installed. Once it is installed in the agricultural field,
the water distribution to crops and nurseries becomes easy and doesn’t require any
human support to perform the operations permanently.
We are using soil moisture sensor which is used to sense the moisture level to know
whether it is dry or wet. The moisture sensor is interfaced with the microcontroller. The
input data signals from the moisture sensor are sent to the microcontroller and based
on that it activates the diaphragm electric valves and also pressure control the motor
as per the requirement for efficient usage of electricity and water consumptions.
After the soil gets wet, the Motor gets switched off automatically. The status of the
agricultural fields can be known from the indication of the Light Emitting Diode (LED)
placed at the field. Thus, the irrigation motor can be controlled by Smart switches,
desktop & mobile. They can even be automated so devices can be triggered
remotely from anywhere in the world. The main advantage of using this irrigation
system is to reduce human interference and ensure proper irrigation.
This claims to save water and electric by 40% as per study based in reports.
