EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT, entered into this 23th day of November 2011 by and between:

GLOBAL SOLUTIONS CORP., a Company duly organized and existing under


Philippine law, with business address at W.O. Seno St., Mandaue Reclamation,
Area, Mandaue City, represented herein by its President, LORELIE B. RACUYA,
hereafter referred to as “GLOBAL”;
-and-
Talledo, Jason L__________________. Filipino, of legal age, with residence at Tipolo, Mandaue
City, Cebu________________________ hereinafter referred to as the “EMPLOYEE”,

(herein after collectively referred to as the “PARTIES”.)

W I T N E S S E T H:

WHEREAS, GLOBAL is in need of a competent and qualified EMPLOYEE which can undertake and perform a
job, project, work, and services which GLOBAL provides to its CLIENTS/PRINCIPALS;

WHEREAS, the EMPLOYEE fully and unconditionally binds himself to the status of a Project/Contractual
Employee of GLOBAL, subject to the rules and regulations and stipulations below, which, EMPLOYEE has carefully read
and understood;.

WHEREAS, the EMPLOYEE acknowledge GLOBAL as the EMPLOYER on its own account and under its
responsibility, according to its own manner and method, free from the control and direction of the PRINCIPAL or the direct
employer, in all matters connected with the performance of the work except as to the results thereof ; such rules and
regulations as are or may be promulgated by GLOBAL from time to time.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the following premises, the PARTIES hereinafter agree as
follows:

1. EMPLOYEE shall devote himself to the duties of a Contractual/Project Employee at:

Position : Maintenance/ Utility
Start of Hiring : December 1, 2011

2. This Contractual/Project Employment shall be for a period of one (1) year onfrom December 1, 2011
__________and will expire on April 30, 2012to _________________, which is co-terminus with the service

agreement of GLOBAL and PRINCIPAL (Name of Company), the PRINCIPAL, but may be suspended or
terminated prior to the expiration of such term for a just and valid or authorized cause without any obligation on
the part of GLOBAL and PRINCIPAL.

3. Furthermore, it is agreed and understood that for a just and valid cause or whenever no work is available,
employment may be suspended or temporarily terminated even before the expiration of the period herein agreed
upon without any obligation on the part of GLOBAL and PRINCIPAL.

4. That GLOBAL exercises the prerogative to designate the work place, project specification, shifting and
department assignment and EMPLOYEE is bowed to comply theretoshall comply the same.

5. GLOBAL reserves the right to conduct checking of the Project Employee’s records from previous employer/s. Any
adverse report found sufficient is ground for the termination of this Agreement.

6. It is hereby expressly warranted that, as of the signing hereof, EMPLOYEE is not employed in any other company,
and will not do so during the duration of this Agreement.

7. EMPLOYEE acknowledges recognizes with that under this contract, that his/her employer is GLOBAL and that
he/she has absolutely no employer-employee relationship with the PRINCIPAL.

EMPLOYEE further acknowledges that he/she shall be under the direct control and supervision of GLOBAL and that
he/she shall perform his/her work according to the manner and method imposed by GLOBAL, free from the
control and direction of the PRINCIPAL except as to the results thereof.

8. EMPLOYEE shall comply with following the rules and regulations and those that will be promulgated by
GLOBAL from time to time:;

(a) EMPLOYEE shall refer directly That all his/her concerns, issues and complaints related to salary, working
conditions, rules and regulations, conduct, disciplinary actions and benefits must be referred directly to GLOBAL,
the latter being the his/her employer.

(b) That, EMPLOYEE shall attend all meetings and other official activities if such attendance will be requested by
GLOBAL or the PRINCIPAL.

Further, (c) EMPLOYEE shall not seek an employment with the PRINCIPAL of GLOBAL where the stated
EMPLOYEEhe/she was assigned, within a period of at least 1 year from the date of expiration of this
his/her Contractual/Project Employment Contract, Agreement. Ootherwise, EMPLOYEE shall be
obliged to pay the monthly equivalent salary of theto remaining_________ months of this
Agreement, plus 10% thereof as service fee.

9. For the work actually rendered, EMPLOYEE shall receive a salary of Php ________ per day.

EMPLOYEE shall likewise receive remunerations and benefits as stated inprovided under the Philippine Labor Code
of the Philippines covering contractual/project employees, for the duration of this contract. During the existence of
this contract, the following shall be observed in relation to the payment of wages:.

(a) 15th and 30th of each month shall be the cut-off dates.

(b) Payroll shall be released 5 days after cut-off dates or on the 5th and 20th of each month.

10. GLOBAL may review EMPLOYEE’s performance in accordance with the demands of this Contract, and may
therefore continue to hire or terminate services on the basis of performance rating as specified in the
standardization of work output and performance of GLOBAL employees.

11. Further, should the employee be absent from work without permission from his/her immediate supervisor or absent
without official leave (AWOL) for three (3) days, termination for cause may be taken as a course of action by
GLOBAL.

12. GLOBAL has the right and to pre-terminate this contract in any of the following grounds:

a) Failure to comply with the work standard imposed


b)Theft, robbery, fraud and other misdemeanor
c) Absence without Official Leave (AWOL)
d)Habitual Tardiness, drunkenness, drug use and addiction
e) Insubordination and disrespect to superiors and co-worker
f) Other crimes committed within the work place
g)Health conditions
h)Abandonment of Post
i) Falsification of documents
j) Other reason or maybe found just, valid and legal

13. EMPLOYEE agrees that all records and documents of GLOBAL and the PRINCIPAL to which EMPLOYEE is
assigned, and all information pertaining to its business or affairs or that of any of its affiliated companies are
confidential. Any disclosure or reproduction thereof is strictly not allowed unless authorized by GLOBAL.

14. EMPLOYEE agrees that all company records, documents, and properties in his custody or control shall be
immediately surrendered to his respective supervisor/s whenever decided during the period of this Contract and the
termination thereof without necessity of request.

15. EMPLOYEE hereby accepts, as part of this Contract, GLOBAL’s policies, Rrules and regulations as are or may
hereinafter be promulgated are hereby accepted as part of this Agreement embodied in the Company’s Handbook
and EMPLOYEE acknowledges having read and understood the content thereof prior to the signing hereof.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the PARTIES have hereunto set their hands on the date and the place first hereinafter
stated.
