Computers are used for giving a new role in teaching materials such as culture,
games, vocabulary. The main purpose is basically to practice specific fields especially to
enforce the fluency and the reading part, therefore, the term “call” was created to develop
an amazingly great relationship between the teacher and the students in the language
learning process. The term call is something imaginative for an amazing environment in the
class. In addition, is not only extremely useful for a great environment in the class is also
useful for the teacher and students. It is an approach to study the role and the use of
information, games and communication technologies. Presentation, reinforcement and
assessment is also learned by this great term called call. It contains a huge range of
material, activities for developing the language and also to better the language
pedagogically for a possible academic research.
The teacher is the person who can better the fluidity of communication between the
students. In addition, he is the right person who can enlighten his students with his
knowledge. The importance of the term call is extremely helpful and it even helps in the
professional life. Politicians in this country should implement several programs to better the
foreign language learning such as e-learning, games. Developing especially the speaking

education are definitely connected. In addition, adapting technology to the students
definitely means that the students control the stride of the learning but also means that

doing things that they feel comfortable in the language learning process.
