Teachers personality and qualities plays a huge roll in the education
system, that’s why there some aspects and qualities that a teacher
should have in order to be not just a good teacher but a great teacher,
so the qualities or characteristics to highlight are the ability to transmit
positive vibes and feelings, so their students would be motivated by his
passion and attitude , a teacher also should understand their student’s
feelings and attitudes and being aware of their acts and behaviors, being
able to recognize their learning skills and difficulties, so the teacher
could help and contribute to their students when it is needed and how
it’s needed.

Anthropology is the study of humankind, it studies the evolution and
adaption of human beings, how we were changing with the time and
how the environmental factors makes us develop different traits,
different ways of communicating, speaking and how human beings
started to build so many different cultures and rules for interpersonal
communication, social behavior and social standards that shapes our
way of thinking and our life-styles, that’s why it’s so important to
understand the evolution of humankind and the factors that model and
orient our existence, in order to identify what affects or influence our
human nature and improve the connection between human beings.

An international negotiator should have very good communication abilities,
to be able to learn and adapt to different context while standing on his
principles and goals, an international negotiator should be also aware of
the environment in order to identify the insights and catch the market
opportunities, without forgetting the diverse cultural traits and manners.
An international negotiator should know very well how to behave
depending on the culture and the country where the negotiation is
developed, and the audacity to change or re shape the negotiation strategy
in order to adapt the negotiation to the different and constant changing
circusntances and getting the results expected while building long-lasting
and profitable relationships between both parts of the negotiation.
