A Visit to a Beautiful Island
Ayra and her family visited a beautiful island during the holidays. They went by
ferry. After getting off the ferry at the jetty, they rented a chalet at Cempaka's Resort
and Spa. That afternoon, their father took them sailing on a yacht. It was Ayra's first
experience.
The next day, her father joined the deep sea fishing tour while Ayra and her
mother visited the turtle sanctuary. They saw many baby turtles crawling on the
beach. Then, they bought some souvenirs for friends and family. They also saw
people rowing kayaks in the sea.
They had dinner at Haven's Seafood and the food was delicious and cheap.
Then, they strolled back to their chalet because the air was cool and breezy that night.
On the third day, after having breakfast, they went to the waterpark. Ayra
enjoyed herself swimming and playing there. They had lunch at The Black Pearl
Restaurant. Later, they left the island in a speedboat. They reached home late at
night.
It was an enjoyable experience for them.

Read the recipe blow and answer the questions that follow.
Black Pepper Chicken Wrap

Ingredients:
 Tortilla wrap or chapatti
 1 tablespoons vegetable oil
 ½ onion, sliced
 150g boneless chicken breast ( cut into 2 cm per piece)
 Freshly ground black pepper
 1 tablespoons of soy sauce
 50g French beans thinly sliced
 50g carrot thinly sliced
 2 Romanian lettuce
Instructions:
 Heat a tablespoon of oil on a non-stick pan.
 Sauté the onion.
 Add chicken once the onion is soft.
 Add pepper and soy sauce.
 Mix well and transfer the black pepper chicken onto a plate.
 Steam or blanch the French beans.
 Take a piece of wrap or chapatti.
 Place the lettuce, vegetable mix and chicken in the middle of the wrap.
 Fold and roll the wrap.
 Serve with sauce.

Each year, all pupils in Malaysia go through dental checks in their schools. Dental
nurses will visit schools to carry out checks on the pupils' teeth. The nurses will ask the pupils
to line up while waiting for their turns. Even though the checks are good for the pupils, many of
them still get cold feet.
As this is an annual event, the pupils have been going for dental checks since
preschool. To overcome the pupils' fear of dental checks, teachers will play their roles to
ensure the pupils and the nurses have a good relationship.
Pupils have also been introduced to fun activities when the nurses are in school. The nurses
usually carry out interactive talks, quizzes and demonstrations. The pupils will listen to talks
