SUMMARY
Over 11 years professional experience as rotating equipment engineer, turbomachinery engineer and
reliability engineer in oil and gas industry both offshore and onshore. Competency covers rotating
equipment/turbomachinery engineering, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting. Hands on
experience for Siemens/Rolls Royce Avon and RB211 aeroderivative gas turbine and Solar Turbines
gas turbine. Familiar and have wide experience in executing Maintenance Management System
(MMS) such as SAP. Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for turbomachinery related failure.
Develop Long Range Planning (LRP) in terms of time and budget for turbomachinery equipments.
Prepare turbomachinery contractual to cover maintenance, repair and overhaul for turbomachinery.

Roles and Responsibilities:
To ensure offshore compression and power generation units are maintained at high quality and
operated optimum condition by providing guidance and direction to Offshore Maintenance and
Operation personnel. Compression and Power Generation units are as follows:
 Siemens SGT-A30RB (previously known as Rolls Royce RB-211-24G with RT-62 Power
Turbine) Aero derivative gas turbine.
 Siemens SGT-A20AV (previously known as Rolls Royce Avon 1535 and 200 with RT-56
Power Turbine) Aero derivative gas turbine.
 Solar Turbines Taurus70 T10301, Taurus 60 T7901, Centaur 40 T4702 industrial gas

1. Provide machinery engineering expertise and guidance in the installation, maintenance and
repair of rotating equipment.
2. Assure rotating equipment operability and reliability requirements and optimize
performance.
3. Observe visually condition and performance of Offshore Compression and Power Generation
units.
4. Minimized unscheduled shutdown of Offshore Compression and Power Generation by doing
immediate troubleshooting.

ROTATING EQUIPMENT ENGINEER
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the technical support and reliability of all Rotating/Mechanical Equipment
(turbomachinery, generators, compressors, engine) in ConocoPhillips Indonesia offshore area.
Ensure rotating equipment maintenance strategies are in alignment with plant operating
strategies.
Job Description and Experiences:
1. Provide machinery engineering expertise and guidance in the installation, maintenance and
repair of rotating equipment.
2. Support field service engineers.
3. Assure rotating equipment operability and reliability requirements and optimize
performance.
4. Prepare and monitor Planning and Schedulling for Turbomachinery Maintenance activities
such as 24M Planning and Schedulling, 30/90 Planning Schedulling.
5. Managing Turbomachinery Overhaul Plan and Budgeting of 29 fleets Gas Turbine
Compressor, TurboExpander and Gas Compressor
6. Prepare and develop Long Term Planning (LRP) for turbomachinery equipment, ensure the
availability of the budgets.
7. Liaise with SKK Migas for Planned and Unplanned Turbomachinery activities and ensure all
the activities have SKK Migas Approval.
8. Prepare SKK Migas approval documents for Authorization For Expenditure (AFE), such as
Project Summary (PS), Evaluasi dan Standarisasi Biaya (ESB), Budget Schedule (BS) and
ensure all the documents submit in Work Program and Budget (WP&B).
9. Prepare and develop Maintenance Service Contract for Turbomachinery equipments.
10. Supports the defect elimination process, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), identifies issues through
analysis, and provides technical resolution to rotating equipment issues.
11. Liase with OEM technical advisor/support for turbomachinery related issues, and provide
technical support for field personnel.
12. Perform Centrifugal Gas Compressor evaluation as well as Gas Turbine Driver performance.

Key Accountabilities:
1. Responsible for availability and reliability of turbomachinery equipments by providing
engineering or technical recommendation to Operation and Maintenance department.

SUPERVISOR TURBOMACHINERY
Key Accountabilities:
1. Responsible for operation, maintenance and performance of critical turbomachinery equipments
to achieve high availability and reliability to support production operation by minimizing
unplanned shutdown, and optimizing planned shutdown.
2. Ensure maintenance programs and plans of critical turbomachinery equipment are performed in
accordance to SAP PM (CMMS) schedule and in a safely manner as per company’s standard.

Order, Maintaining Work Order, Closing Work Order, Creating Service Order, Creating Material
Reservation, Maintaining Measurement Point, etc.
4. Perform condition monitoring, such as vibration analysis, lube oil analysis and equipment health
condition of all turbomachinery equipment, and give recommendation based on equipment
health.
5. Plan and prepare manpower, materials, and special tools for performing preventive maintenance
activities.
6. Responsible for maintaining and updating Standard Operational Procedure (SOP), Working
Instruction (WI), Task Based Risk Assessment (TBRA) for all turbomachinery equipment activities.
