This request for quotation deals specifically with the purchase and delivery, and/or lease and delivery of the following Hewlett Packard Computer Systems and accessories. Please fill in the
Purchase Price and Lease Cost in the following chart as well as provide an official quote from you organization.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1) The prices in this Request for Quotation shall be based on purchase and delivery, and/or lease and delivery cost to the Town of East Gwillimbury’s Civic Centre. All prices must include a
breakdown of both GST and PST Taxes.
Shipping Address: All computer products are to be shipped to Town of East Gwillimbury, Corporate Services Department, 19000 Leslie Street, Sharon Ontario, L0G 1V0 at no cost to the
Town of East Gwillimbury

2) All goods and materials shall be subject to inspection upon delivery to the Town’s Civic Centre location.

3) The Corporation of the Town of East Gwillimbury shall have the right to cancel at any time any contract or part of any contract resulting from an official order based on this quotation in
respect to goods and materials not delivered within 15 Days of placing the order without incurring any liability whatsoever. The Town is also under no obligation to purchase or lease the
exact quantity of the goods and materials mentioned in this Request for Quotation.

4) Payment for the goods and materials will be made by the Corporation of the Town of East Gwillimbury within NET 30 Days upon acceptance by the Director of Corporate
Services/Municipal Clerk.

5) All goods and materials must be of exact model number specified under the “Scope of Work”. There shall be no substitutes accepted.
