1. THE MERCHANT CAN HAVE THEIR OWN PROMO
CODE OR DISCOUNT CODE FOR USERS TO REDEEM
2. MERCHANTS CAN SET UP THE NUMBER OF QR
CODE FOR THE SHOP AND THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF THE DISCOUNT/PROMO~

3. MERCHANTS CAN LIST DOWN THEIR EVENTS,


PROMOTIONS, SHOPS ON THE 'PLACE AND EVENT' PAGE.
(MERCHANTS WILL GENERATE THE QR CODE FOR
PROMO/DISCOUNT CODES).
4. REDEMPTION IS MADE BY TAPPING ON THE "REDEEM
CODE" AND A CONFIRMATION EMAIL CONTAINING A QR
CODE WILL BE SEND TO THE USERS EMAIL ADDRESS
PROVIDED DURING THE REGISTRATION. THE QR CODE
WILL ALSO BE STORED ON THE CUSTOMERS PROFILE QR
PAGE TO BE REDEEMED.
5. ONCE USER REDEEMED THE PROMO CODE, IT WILL
EXPIRE AND NO ONE CAN USE
6. SCAN QR CODE (MERCHANT USE) TO USE THE PROMO
CODE, USERS WILL PRESENT THE QR CODE TO
MERCHANT AND MERCHANT WILL SCAN THE QR CODE
TO REDEEM.
7. EVENT REMINDERS (PUSH NOTIFICATIONS). A REMINDER
WILL BE SENT TO THE CUSTOMER TO REMIND THEM ON
THE EVENT.
8. QR CODE COUNT DOWN WILL BE PUBLISHED BASED
ON THE QR CODE REDEMPTION. I.E. ONCE A USER
REDEEMED A PROMO/DISCOUNT CODE, THE
COUNTDOWN TIMER WILLDISPLAY HOW MANY
PROMO/DISCOUNT CODES ARE LEFT FOR GRAB~
9. VALIDITY OF THE QR CODE SHOULD ALSO BE SET UP
BY THE MERCHANT.
10. SHOW THE NEAREST PLACES AS PER THE USER
SELECTION. I.E: IF USER IS IN TAMPINES, THE
PLACES AND GO PAGE WILL SHOW THE NEARBY
SHOPS LISTINGS/PROMO AND EVENTS AROUND
QR CODE MODULE THE TAMPINES AREA FOR THE USER.

GENERATE QR CODE FOR 11. MERCHANT WILL BE ABLE TO TRACK THE NUMBER
PROMOTION (USER USE) OF VOUCHERS AND IF REDEEMED IT SHOULD BE
SCAN QR CODE (MERCHANT USE) NOTIFIED

USER SHOULD BE ABLE TO SAVE THE VOUCHER AFTER THE


QR CODE IS SCANNED AND THEN NEED TO PRESENT
DURING THE AVAIL. IF THE VOUCHERS ARE REDEEMED,
THEN THE STATUS OF THAT VOUCHER SHOULD BE
USER QR PROFIL TRACKED. THE PROFILE PAGE WILL ALSO SHOW THE PAST
REDEMPTION AND UNREDEEM QR CODE.
CHAT FUNCTION USER CAN SEND THEIR MESSAGE DIRECTLY TO THE

REVIEW AND APPROVAL REQUIRED PROMOTION QR CODE PUBLISH SHOULD BE APPROVED BY THE
ADMIN

The application can be divided into three subsystems. The subsystems namely are as follow:

Front-end subsystem will allow users to search and purchase the e-magazines and items on their
preferences and view the e-magazines details via mobile apps only.

Administrative subsystem will allow the administrator of the portal to manage various aspects of the
website such as settings, users, e-magazines, marketplace, places and events, generate different
reports to analyse usages of the app / website, etc. The administrator would also be able to create sub
admin and give the permission to access the particular modules.

Merchant subsystem will allow the merchants of the portal to manage various aspects of the website
such as managing their products, events, promotions, directory etc.
