CONFERENCE HALL BOOKING

ABSTRACT:

In our earlier conference hall booking is the very rare situation for booking the
hall instantly. If we want to book the hall, first we have to search the hall one by
one. Then check if it is a good reputed hall or not, analyzing the hall quality and
details is the difficult job in this earlier days.so Conference hall booking is the best
way to booking the hall very easy and make peoples so sufficient. The conference
hall booking application is used to analyzing the hall quality and rating through
internet, and also check the hall availability instantly, hall address can be easily
located and get the exact location and path and also get the hall address from our
address paths and distance and durations, it is very easy to migrate from current
place to destination area. Cancel the booked hall is very easy.so the peoples can’t
get hurt while booking the hall.so the conference hall booking is the best way to
booking the hall.

EXISTING SYSTEM:

In Existing system the conference hall booking is the difficult job for booking the
hall, the people can’t know the good reputed hall, we can’t find the quality of the
hall, the people can’t get the rating of the hall, and the user can’t get full-fledged
detail about requirements. Comparing more than one hall is the difficult job and
time consumption is increase. Cost of wise one hall is differing from another but
we can’t find the low cost for one another.
Disadvantage:

 Time consumption high.

 Difficult to analyzing the quality of the hall.
 We can’t analyze the cost for one another.

PROSPOSED SYSTEM:

But in proposed System the booking process is the easy job, in this conference
hall booking application is used to find the available halls which is near by the
peoples. In this application is used to find the availability of the hall and if this hall
is available the people can easily booking the hall, this application is used to find
the location of the booking hall and get the exact address of the hall which is near
by user.at the same time cancellation process also done in this application. Once
the hall is booked the admin send mail verification to the user.

Modules:

 Add hall details module

 View hall details module
 Location search module
 Cancellation module
 Mail verification module

Add hall details module:

The add hall details module is used to add new hall details from admin side, In
this module is used to add place, hall name, capacity, etc… details can be added,
details can be added only from admin side, user can only authority to view the
details of the hall.

View hall details module:

View hall details module is used in this both admin and user side, in this view hall
details module is to view the added details.

Admin side:

 In admin side the admin add new hall details.

 Once the new hall has been added then view the details of new hall.
 Updating can be done in this admin side. If we want to make any updating
in this hall details.
 Deletion also can be done in this admin side .if we want to delete the hall
details.
User side:

 In user side hall details are fetching and display in the list depends on the
place name.
 Once we select the hall, then we have to select the find the availability of
the hall, select the date to find the availability.
 If the hall is available in this same date…it moved for booking process
otherwise we have to select some other date.
 If the hall is available then go to the booking process page…in this page we
have to fill up the user details and registered.

Location search module:

 The location search module is used in user side, in this location search
module is used to find the exact location of the hall depends on the
address.
 The location search module is used to find the user current address and
booked hall address.
 This module is also show the distance and duration of the hall address.

Cancellation module:

 The cancellation module is used in user side, in this cancellation module is

used to get the hall booking detail show into the list.
 If we want to cancel the booking then we have to delete the booked hall.
Mail verification module:

 The mail verification module is used in admin side, in this mail verification
module the admin send mail to the user who is booking the hall.
 Once the mail has been send to the user that users booking has been
verified successfully.
 The verified booking details are deleting in the admin queue.
