It also includes some of
the tools and devices
which may be utilized in
the conduct of legal re-
search such as printed
materials, software programs with searchable compendium of
laws and jurisprudence, online legal resources and search en-
gines, and a listing of law libraries which researchers can go
to, among others.
The guidebook likewise covers the basic parameters that
can immensely aid our law students in thesis-writing -- a requi-
site under the new Juris Doctor curriculum -- in accordance
with the generally accepted forms and structure of such re-
search study and consistent with a well-defined roadmap that
will lead to a research and evidence-based conclusion.
