operation.

Allocate the vehicle to the suitable technician to perform actual work on the vehicle per job card.

Ordering and receiving spare parts from our reviable suppliers,, so as to ensure adequate
inventory levels.

Supervising repairs, and directly participating in repair and service work when need
arises.
Advising customer on work performed, general vehicle condition and future repair
