Title: ENRICHING HUMAN PERFORMANCE THROUGH PHYSICAL EDUCATION

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to improve individual wellbeing. However, there
are as many ideas about how to do that as there are individuals. Do your goal involve
making more money, achieving better health, improving your relationships? Holistic
wellness involves all those aspects of life and more. This research explains the
importance of overall wellness, which is about more than physically and mentally
healthy, free from illness and disease. In fact, the study of wellness incorporates all
aspects of life. Achieving overall wellness means actively and fully. Some of people of
this country exude confidence, optimism, and self-efficacy; they have the energy
reserves to do what needs to be done today and plan for better tomorrow. The most
effective and transformative goals are those designated to achieve the highest level of
personal wellness. Not eating right foods can also affect your natural growth as
nutrients are missing that your body needed for growing. Using a cross-sectional
analysis, this research analyzed the diseases that you can get by not paying attention to
your health as diseases are more possible if your body is weak and abused. But also it
is stated that problems in your body can be avoided if you just eat the right foods and
exercise.

Introduction: health, fitness, growth plays an important role of a person’s productivity.


It is a major factors to consider for human performance. This article review talks about
the importance of physical education in our lives. It also discusses the benefits of healthy
lifestyle and how it improves productivity and the well-being of an individual. It can also
improve your mental fitness as nutrients required are fulfilled. It also discusses the
negative part of a poor-managed body and the deceases that a person can obtain by not
correcting the bad habits that they’ve been practicing.

Body: Health and fitness are intertwined with each other. Being healthy and fit in simple
terms means taking good care of your body. It is the key to a long active enjoyable life.
We should always remember that a healthy mind resides only in a healthy body. It is
correctly stated that health is the actual wealth that a person can retain. Students in
general need to realize the importance of being staying healthy and fit. And also being
the future generation, they can play a vital role in creating awareness and maintaining a
stable health regime.
How would you protect your body? protect it by regularly exercise, having proper
food and sleep are some of the important instances that define a healthy lifestyle. Eating
green fresh vegetables, fruits, having milk, eggs, minerals, proteins and vitamins are
essential for the human body. Being fit allows us to perform our activities without being
lethargic, restless or tired. A fit person is capable of living the life to the fullest without
any major medical or physical issues. Being healthy is not only related in physical well-
being of a person, it also involves the mental stability or the internal peace of a person.
It can also affect the natural growth of a person, for instance, people who are
experiencing malnutrition are more likely to become ill. In severe instances, they might
even die from the effects of malnutrition. Children that are malnourished do not grow to
be as tall as they should be, it is Referred to as “stunted growth.” If this occurs to the
children, normal growth of that kid can really affect.

Speaking of growth, it refers to the body’s changing in size and shape as a person ages.
Physical development refers to such things as improvements in movement and
manipulation skills and fitness levels, better understanding of the functioning of the
human body. It is essentially to progressive transformation of quantitative nature that
occur in human body dimensions, while development involves both quantitative and
qualitative changes, resulting from aspects related to process itself of physical growth,
malnutrition and specifically in the case of physical education. When you don’t eat enough
food, your body respond in many ways, some of them potentially harmful.
Perceiving that food is scarce, your body will initiate changes that lower your need for
calories. Your metabolism may slow down and you may feel tired. On the other hand,
eating too much food requires organ to work harder to break down food, the stomach
produces hydrochloric acid. If you overeat, this acid may back up into the esophagus
resulting in heartburn. What we’re trying to say is, manage your food intake, eat the right
foods for your body as it can affect your natural growth. As a future physical educator, it
is a big responsibility of the teacher to really educate young people to exercise right diet
and amount of foods that requires for your body, although we’re not a nutritionist still,
we have the power to correct what is right and help young people by educating them.
Lastly, the human performance. If your health is okay, you’re eating right food, observing
discipline in food intake, your growth will be as what you’re suppose to be or maybe
better because of the right nutrients that you put inside your body this is easy to say but
very hard to do. In our research there is teacher who is name Jacobs, he has a research
about human performance called human performance technology (HPT), a system bases
field of study for training and development. The goal of the human performance
technology field is to use system approaches to ensure that individuals have the
knowledge skills, motivation, and environmental support to do their jobs effectively and
efficiently. There are 2 aspects of human performance (1) Management functions, it is a
guide, control, and facilitate the development of human. (2) Development functions, it
examine all aspect of a problem, relate results from of decision to other decisions, it
also uses resources to develop performance system.
The use of system approaches to develop human performance is one of the prominent
aspects of the field. A performance system in the structure, within the work setting in
which people use resources and tool to perform their work. In connection with physical
education we can understand that human performance is not just based on what you eat
or what you put inside your body it has a lot of factors also affecting human performance
however nutrition or health is one of the key component for a successful performancel
outcomes.

Conclusion: The main goal of this research article is to inform readers the benefits of
healthy body. It does not only effect your physic but also your mind.
