1. Relative to the conduct of the SY 2019-202{l Division STEP-Technolympics this

offlce encourages all Elementary and Secondary School Heads to pre-register all
participants who will compete during the said competition. Payments and submission
of required documents shall be accepted bv Mr, Ed Nlarcellin B. N{endez-
Distrursing Offieer, Sierra- Br-rllones Technieal Voeational National High Sehool,
Sierra Bullones District on F{ovemLrer 6,2A19 (Wednesday) at the Schools Division
Office, Tagbilaran City.
2. Please be informed that the tbllowing recluirementsldocuments shall be placed inside
the long brorvn envelope with the name of the contestantr's- name of skill to be
participated, nafitre of schooi, anci name of schooi head or aciministrator.

2.1 Certiticatiqln frorn the principal that the contestant is a honafide learner of the
school being represented,
2"2. Certiftcation frorn the principai that the teacher is a bonafide staff of the school
and as the coach of the student-participants

J. Registration fee of Two Hundred Forty Pesos {P240.00) for the SY 2019-2,02A
Division STEP-Technolympics shall be coliected from each participant.
Registration fee shall be charged to STEP Fund/PTA and any other sources of {hnds.
Travel, materials (for the practice/training), tools and other incidental expenses
incurred durrng the conciuct of the abnve stated competition are chargeabie against
School MOOE/STEP Fr"rndsiSchool FundsiPTCA Funds and any other sources of
funds subject to the usual acL.onnting and auditirrg rules and regulations.
