WHEREAS We are desires to appoint some proper person to look after our
immovable properties in India. We are presently residing out of India ,and we are
personally unable to attend to our day to day affairs and for reasons of convenience
it is necessary that we should appoint an attorney and confer upon him the powers
hereinafter stated.
NOW KNOW BY THESE PRESENTS that we do hereby nominate and constitute
and appoint, BROTHER of executant,
MR. JAYESH MUKUNDBHAI GANDHI,
Age –48 Years, Occupation – Service/Business
Residing at–202, Harshvardhan Appt.,
Bodakdev, Ahmedabad 380015,
Presently at - Flat No.811-805,Building No.B
Gold Coast cooperative Housing Society/Apartments,
Eighth Floor, Baner, Pune.
As our true and lawful Attorney for us in the name and on behalf of ourselves and/or
our said Attorney and in any of our capacities in which we now or may in future in
any manner become interested to do exercise, execute and perform all or any of the
following acts, sale, purchase, loan, mortgage, suit and litigation namely:-
a. To take charge or mortgage on and to acquire in any manner and to transfer,
settle, charge, grant license and/or in any manner and/or on any terms deal with
any immovable or real property or properties or any interest therein. To hold,
defend possession, manage and maintain and also deliver possession of
movable or immovable properties.
b. To demand, recover and receive rents, mesne profits, license fees, maintenance
charges, electricity charges, corporation taxes and all other sums of moneys
receivable in respect of our properties and to make all just and reasonable
allowance therein in respect of rates, taxes, repairs and other outgoings and to
take all necessary steps whether by action, distress or otherwise to recover any
property or sums of money in arrear, or otherwise.

c. To pay all taxes, rates, assessments, charges, expenses, and other outgoings
whatsoever payable for or on account of our properties or any part thereof and
to insure any buildings thereon against loss or damage by fire and other risks as
be deemed necessary and/or desirable and to pay all premium for such
insurances.
d. To commence, prosecute, enforce, defend, answer or oppose all notices, suits
and other legal proceedings and demands touching any of the matters aforesaid
or any other matters in which I am now or may hereafter be interested or
concerned and also if though fit with such consent as aforesaid to compromise,
refer to arbitration, abandon, submit to judgment or become non-suited in any
such action or proceedings as aforesaid before any court, civil or criminal, or
revenue including the Rent Controller, City Civil and Small Causes Courts.
e. To appoint any solicitor, advocate, pleader or counsel as may be necessary for
prosecuting and defending any suit or proceedings, in the matters relating to our
properties, business, firm, trusts, companies or organizations, in which we
interested or become interested hereafter in our name or in the name or our said
attorney as he may think fit and proper and to sign vakalatnamas, warrant of
attorney in favour of any solicitor, advocate, pleader or counsel engaged by him.
f. To sign, declare and/or affirm any plaints, written statements, petitions, consent
petition, affidavits, memorandum of appeal or any other document or paper in
our name in any proceeding or any way connected therewith.
g. To deposit and receive documents and moneys in and from any court or Courts
and/or any other person or authority in our name and give valid receipts and
discharges therefore.
h. To sign, execute, enter into, register, modify, cancel, alter, draw, approve,
present for registration and admit registration of all papers, documents,
contracts, agreements, Deed of Transfer, Assignments Agreement of Leave and
License conveyances, mortgage deeds, leases, grants, assurances,
applications, declarations, and other documents as may in any way be require to
