accessed if someone visiting the home page of the website using a browser. For
example, if we are going to make a website then our website address must be
related to the site name nor the content or may not have to be so. But certainly,
the home page could get access to any of the web pages contained on our
website.
b. (HTTP & HTTPS), HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) used to be as a
client-server model where the web browser is the client and communicates with
the webserver that proprietor the website. Furthermore, it can also be used as an
application-layer protocol used primarily on the World Wide Web. HTTP is a
widely used protocol and has been expeditiously adopted over the Internet
because of its simplicity, and the reason itself because its a stateless and
connectionless protocol. The purposes why browser uses HTTP, which is
carried over TCP/IP cause it’s simplify for communicate to the server and fetch
Web content for the user.
HyperText Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) enables encrypted
communication and secure connection between a remote user and the primary
web server. It is a variant of the standard web transfer protocol (HTTP) that
adds a layer of security on the data in transit through a transport layer security
(TLS) or secure socket layer (SSL) protocol connection. Mostly its designed for
transactions such as billing details, credit card transactions and user login or else
also to provide enhanced security layer over the unsecured HTTP protocol for
sensitive data. HTTPS enciphers every data packet in transition using TLS
encryption technique to avoid intermediary hackers and attackers to extract the
content of the data even if the connection is compromised or maybe SSL.
c. Dot net can use multiple languages, libraries and editors to build for web,
mobile, desktop, gaming, and many more. It is open source developer platform
for building many different types of applications one of free cross-platform.
d. Java script, was first known as LiveScript is a dynamic computer programming
language. It is an interpreted programming language with object-oriented
capabilities. Kind of a lightweight and most commonly used as a part of web
pages, whose implementations allow client-side script to interact with the user
and make dynamic pages. It is complimentary to and integrated with Java also
open and cross-platform.
e. Internet, is a global system that used to be the standard Internet protocol suite
(TCP/IP) to serve billions of users worldwide which based on interconnected
computer networks. The Internet is a network of networks that consists of
millions of private, public, academic, business, and government networks, of
local to global scope. Its work by linked a broad array of electronic, wireless
and optical networking technologies. Carries a vast range of information
resources and services, such as the interlinked hypertext documents of the
World Wide Web (WWW) and the infrastructure to support electronic mail.
f. Wireless,
g. Networking, is referred as connecting computers electronically for the purpose
of sharing information. Resources such as files, applications, printers and
software and basically network consists of hardware component such as hubs,
routers, computer, switches and other devices which form the network
infrastructure. The advantage of networking can be seen clearly in terms of
efficiency, security, cost effectiveness and manageability.
h. Router, is the basic backbone for the Internet and be able to connects multiple
networks. This means that it has main function of the router is would be able to
connect two or more than two network and forwards the packet from one
network to another. In addition, multiple interfaces that each belong to a
different IP network. It’ll determined which interfaced to use to forward the
packet onto its destination when a router receives an IP packet on one interfaced.
i. Web server, is a computer where the web content is stored. Basically web server
is used to host the web sites but there exists other web servers also such as
gaming, storage, FTP, email etc. Also it works by sending a respond to the client
request in either of the following two ways, first is sending the file to the client
associated through the requested URL.
j. Firewall, is a system that enforces an access control policy between two
networks, such as your private LAN and the unsafe, public Internet. Firewalls
are also important because they provide the security and the audits can be
imposed also be able to determines which inside services can be accessed from
the outside, and to the contrary.
2. Business Intelligence
Business intelligence means a tool used to help organizations manage and refine
business information with making more effective business decisions and a managerial
philosophy. The systems are combines operational data with analytical tools to present
complex and competitive information to planners and decision makers. This approaches
the existing contact information gap between top managers and middle managers will
disappear also experts and analysts can improve their activities with simple tools and
obtain better results. Business Intelligence is used to comprehend the capabilities
available in the firm, future directions in the markets and the state of the art, trends, the
regulatory environment in which the actions of competitors and the implications of
these actions and then the firm competes also the technologies. The purposes of BI is
to aid in controlling the vast flow of business information inside and outside of
organization by first identifying and then processing the information into condensed
and useful managerial knowledge and intelligence.

Concrete examples of the application of business intelligence systems is, XYZ Bank
which is one of the banking companies in Indonesia. XYZ Bank has more than 1500
branches in all regions of Indonesia. From these data banks XYZ wants to retrieve
information that is important to monitor bank developments and the progress in the
form report. XYZ Bank requires more than 70 reports from all of the fields and elements
in the bank as an evaluation material to determine what steps are taken next. These
reports can be grouped based on risk, business growth, customers, and employees. If
the rate of information available to the bank is slow enough to lead to decision makers
too late to make a decision so it can causing losses to the bank. As an example from a
collection of data about the products that exist in the XYZ bank, information will be
generated that there is a product which is less desirable by the customer. Because of the
rate of information which runs slowly, makes decision makers taking steps too late to
be able to optimize the product. This will make the bank experience some losses.

The multidimensional data analysis process of Bank XYZ for funding and lending is
done by making cube data warehouse, with the data warehouse for the entire transaction
process at XYZ Bank makes it easy to process data analysis with Business Intelligence.
In addition, the management of Bank XYZ's business funding and lending growth
reports by using the SAS Enterprise Guide is able to present information in a variety of
report views, one of which is in the form of chart reports so that Bank XYZ can more
easily analyze company data, and monitor business growth.
