and body each have a special thing to do. The more you practice listening and focusing your attention, the better you get at
it. Using sel f-talk helps focus attention.

Being Assertive:

Being assertive involves using an assertive posture (face the person, head up and shoulders back) and tone of voice (cal m,
firm voice, respect ful words). Assertive communication is the best way to ask for help.
