Al ikhsan is the sole proprietorship company that bring us with sport


product. In the form of sole proprietorship, the owner of Al ikhsan were easily to
form and dissolve with the minimum formalities. The company has evolved to
private limited company named Al ikhsan sports Sdn Bhd. Al ikhsan was famous
and well known with their sport product that introduce us with the brand product
such as NIKE,PUMA, ASICS, LOTTO and others brand. It is easy to Al ikhsan to
manage because the owner or proprietor can make decision by himself. The suitable
location of the business is also the main thing in the business. The strategic shop of
Al ikhsan in the middle of town in Tanah Merah also can make it company grown
up and well known among the customer. Al ikhsan also the largest company of
selling the sport products. Al ikhsan come with many branches that have in every
country. So, it is easier to the customer to shopping and easily can buy the sport
product without need to go to the centre of Al ikhsan outlet.

Al ikhsan marketing strategy is focus on promotion and sales. They make the
promotion and sales in Facebook Instagram and also in Twitter as we know people
nowadays like to use social media as their medium to buy anything because they just
only can buy it through online. As we can see, in the table above, the highest
medium that Al ikhsan use is in Facebook. It is because Facebook is the most
medium that people use nowadays. In addition, al ikhsan also use the banner,
bunting and also signboard. They hanging the banner in front of their shop. So, Al
ikhsan take the opportunity to make the promotion and sales in that way not just in
online, but they also make sales in their shop also by walk in. They also make the
sales up to 50%. If the sport shoes is not sell in more than 5 month, they will make
the sales to the sport shoes up to 50%. In that way, the customer for sure will more
attract to buy with their shop.

want the customer be more aware about their product. They just not sell the sport
material only but also sell branded product like ADIDAS, PUMA, LOTTO and
others brand. In addition, marketing is the most important way to the company
because by doing the promotion and sales, we also can estimate market acceptance
and sales. It is easier to the company to forecast the next sales and also to improve
their performance.

The operational strategy of Al ikhsan is come from many way. For the first
is, product like sport shoes, football shoes is come from one factory that produce
shoes only. So, Al ikhsan take the product not only by one factory but, with many
factory because Al ikhsan is sell many variety product sport like ball, sport shoes,
football shoes, jersey, stocking, bag and so on. Based on the process above, We can
see the procedure and the outlay from different factory that they import from United
States, Germany and the other countries and then the product was deliver to the HQ
of the company. Then, the HQ will divided to the centre in each country such as
Johor, Kelantan Terengganu and so on. The next process is the centre will deliver
the product to the every branches in the country such as in Kelantan the branches is
in Tanah Merah and Kuala Krai. Al ikhsan actually do not produce the product, but,
they directly take the finishing product with the supplier or factory. Normally, the
cost of buying the finishing product is RM40000 until RM60000 and it is also take
the cost of delivery the finishing product in RM20000 and above. It also take about
1week for the product to arrive at the HQ and it will take about 5 days to deliver the
product to the branches in every country. Al ikhsan in Tanah Merah actually take the
time about 4 week to restock the product.

Financial achievement of Al ikhsan is we can see through their profit of their


sales every month. The profit of Al ikhsan actually in RM1000 until RM2000 per
day. So, it means in RM30000 until RM70000 in a month. Based on the table sales
above, we can know that Al ikhsan has their minimum profit in January and also has
the highest profit in July. Based on the chart of the sales, we can see that their chart
has up and down along the year. Sometimes they gain profit and also sometimes
they suffer losses. So, in a year they will collect another RM500000 until
RM800000. Al ikhsan also sometimes suffer losses when they face with the problem
that they cannot achieve their target of sales. Lately, it happen when construction
projects are being developed in Tanah Merah. So, overall it is still stable for Al
ikhsan to continuing their sales. Although they face some problem. In addition, Al
ikhsan also pay the wage to their workers in 2 times. Basic of the wage is in
RM1200 without off time and will be increase in RM 1800 with off time work.
