The MSU SHS-GSC Baseball Team will be joining the GSC Division Meet 2019 at Acharon Sports Complex
– General Santos City on December 04 – 06, 2019. This will be highlighted with different sports activities
(including baseball) by students from various high schools in General Santos City. The event will encourage
the selected high schools from different clusters as well as the students to give it their best in sports.

In view thereof, we would like to ask permission from your good office to please allow us to conduct our
training/practice during 12 pm to 5pm every day starting on November 29 – December 03 for our Baseball
Team that will represent the Mindanao State University – GSC in the upcoming GSC Division Meet 2019.
We will utilize the given time of great importance to condition ourselves and improve our team chemistry
in the upcoming event.

In line with this, we would like to excuse the following students to conduct proper training and
conditioning:
