AGREEMENT FOR STRUCTURAL DESIGN SERVICES

This Agreement for Structural Design Services (this "Agreement"), made as on 30.11.2019, by
and between the PROJECTPLUS CONSULTANTS LLP (The Consultant) and Mr. RAVI
PATEL (The Associate - Structural Design), whose contact details and address are set forth
below.

AGREEMENT FOR STRUCTURAL DESIGN SERVICES

1. Associate's Scope of Services
The Associate shall provide Structural Design Services to the Consultant at Consultants
office located at Iscon Iconic Tower, Nr.Iscon Temple, Ahmedabad-380054.
The scope covers –

 Understanding the Geo technical / Soil testing survey report / Actual site condition and
Architectural and Load (Static / Dynamic / Live Load) details.
 To prepare Structural Design Bases Report.
 To provide basic structure inputs, Beam-Column size estimates to Architect.
 Structural Design of Plant / Buildings / Infrastructure / Machinery foundation / mounting
details / Platforms / Stairs / Ladders / Racks / Supports / etc.
 Coordination with Architect / MEP department / Client.
 Design optimization / Squad check corrections if suggested by Client / Consultant
 Structural Design Calculations / Design support documents / Third party Design
verification.
 Structural Drafting, Proof checking, Submittals Printing, Record keeping etc.
 To attend office meetings / To visit Client / Site as and when required.
 Quality assurance with help of periodic site visits / photographic surveillance.
 Structural Design Certification / Stability Certificate.
2. Effective Date and Duration of Agreement
This agreement will be effective for 5 (Five) Years from 30.11.2019, either party can terminate
Agreement with 3 (Three) months’ written notice.

3. Work Methodology of Agreement

The Associate shall depute Designers / Engineers / CAD operator (as a part of his team) as per
requirement (Max 4 employees), well in advance with prior permission of the Consultant.

The Associate and his team will work at Consultants office, using Consultants resources. Team
will be available at Consultant’s office during normal office hours.

Final Design responsibility remains with The Associate through-out the life span of the Building /
Structure. The Associate shall insure himself for the Professional / Personnel liability.

The Consultant shall have access to the Designs, Documents, Papers and Records of The
Associate that are directly pertinent to this Agreement for the purpose of making audit,
examination, excerpts and transcripts.

The Associate and his team can work for other Agencies, using Consultant’s (Projectplus)
resources (other than printers) with prior permission.
Priority should be given to the Consultant’s (Projectplus) work.

4. Fees
Associate shall raise Invoice on 30th of every month based on followings—

RCC work (Plant / Building) – Rs. 20.00 / Sq. Meter (Finish Floor Space)
RCC work (Only Foundations) – Rs. 20.00 / Cu. Meter
RCC work (Typical / Road / Compound walls etc.) – Rs. 20.00 / Running Meter

Steel structure (Including Stairs, Racks, Supports etc.) – Rs. 200.00 / Ton

Out of office visits – Rs. 3000.00 / Day (Conveyance / Incidental Expenses / Lodging /
Boarding etc. shall be born by the Consultant)

GST extra as applicable

5. Ownership and Use of Documents

Drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by, or with the cooperation of, the
Associate to this Agreement are the property of the Consultant whether or not the Project for
which they are prepared is commenced or completed.
Such Drawings, Specifications or other documents may be used by the Consultant or others
employed / authorized by the Consultant for reference in any completion, correction,
remodeling, renovation, reconstruction, alteration, modification of or addition to the Project,
without compensation to the Associate.

6. Associate's Intellectual Property.

All inventions, patents, design patents and computer programs acquired or developed by the
Associate in connection with or relation to the Project shall remain the property of the Associate
and shall be protected by the Consultant from use by others except by agreement in writing with
appropriate and agreed upon compensation to the Associate.

7. Confidentiality
The Associate agrees to hold all the Project Information in strict confidence, and not to copy,
reproduce, sell, assign, license, market, transfer or otherwise dispose of, give, or disclose
Confidential Information to third parties or use Confidential Information for any purposes
whatsoever other than the provision of Services to The Consultant under this Agreement, and to
advise each of its employees, Sub-Consultants, of their obligations to keep Confidential
Information confidential.
