Notes:
Within the 15 days training, the trainee is expected to perform the job efficiently and heartily as what
has been emphasized in the orientation prior to on the job training. Customer’s satisfaction is very important
for the success and benefit of everybody, the customer and the owner of the dress shop depends on it. But
circumstances cannot be avoided, upon inspection and interview with the customer; it found out that a
certain lady customer is complaining about the fitting of her skirt. The dress will appear shorter on one side;
center of skirt will shoot off at an angle.
Knowing the problem; the attention of the trainee has been called to see for herself the fitting of her
dress. She has been given a chance to alter the dress so that it will fit the customer. She has to release waist
edges and drop skirt on high hip side until hem is parallel to the floor up to 1centimeter. More length than
this must be adjusted on the pattern before cutting. Upon resolution of the problem, the trainee ask for
forgiveness to the customer and promise to focus on her work and should take the responsibility of calling the
attention of the customer for fitting before packing the finished product.
