Instructions:
1. Download and print out the Job Bid form and Letter of Intent (LOI) or secure a printed copy.
2. Fill out completely all the required information.
3. Secure approval from your Supervisor, Section Manager, and Department Manager before submitting to HR Staffing.
4. At the same time, submit application through Taleo <https://analog.taleo.net/careersection/1Ph/jobsearch.ftl?lang=en>.
5. You may check the status of your application via Taleo.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
1. The internal applicant must have a tenure of at least one (1) year in the current position.
2. The internal applicant applying for a higher position must have at least rated “Good Solid Contributor" during the last
two consecutive performance appraisal periods.
3. The employee must not have been meted a disciplinary action for any type of offense within one (1) year of the job
bid.
4. The internal applicant does not have any pending investigation involving infraction of any Company rule or regulation.
