Good afternoon,

You have the approval on the architecture project, including the following observations:

1. The alphanumeric axes of the commercial center must be added;

2. On the sham roof plan, the access hatches are’t visible for all the utilities of the commercial
center: smoke exhaust, fire detection, valve and flow-switch layer 2 sprinklers, etc.;
3. The fixing detail of the advertisement of the concrete slab must be sent and specified the weight
of the advertisement;
4. On the show-window plan, the holes for the entering of fresh air do not appear (in case of fire);
5. Add the photo of the advertisement.

For the installations, we have:

1. Light and heavy current electrical installations (fire detection):

i. The plan must show the control panel of the commercial center, as it was
previously transmitted in our connection plan.
ii. The existent cable in the space is 5x6, not 5x16mmp as it shows in the
monofilament scheme;
iii. There is no need of the trigger spool for the heat pump circuit, the
shutdown will be centralized for all electrical power;
iv. The fire siren will be conventional, as the others in the commercial center;
v. No detection in the window display area;
vi. The cable for the firewall integration of the commercial center has to be left
in front of the store, on the ceiling. Contracting and co-ordination of their
integration will be done with Avitech, the contact person Bogdan Tutui

2. HVAC installations:

i. The connection with counter of the commercial center is not shown on the
plan.
ii. The connection for smoke exhaust and foul air is not shown on the plan, as
it was transmitted to the connection plan.
iii. The connection for the condensation of the heat pump is not shown on the
plan.
iv. The position of the display from Zenner’s counter is not shown on the plan.
This one has to be placed next to the electrical metering one.
v. The thermal counter and the heat pump must be wired for their
integration in the BMS’s commercial center, the cables being left in the
false ceiling, above the advertising, in 2 different batches marked "BMS
PC" and "BMS Thermal Counter" with type JY (St) Y 2x2x0,8 cable.

3. The instalation of the sprinklers:

i. Drain valve must be added for the sprinklers and it has to have hose port
and manometer.
I attached technical data sheets for electric and thermal energy meters.
