Job Posting #1: Intern Wind Energy Technologies R&D Undergrad Summer

The purpose of this job posting is to attract undergraduate students who are pursuing a

STEM degree to apply for this position. This position differs from the other one because has

different qualifications from the other one. This one requires you to be hard working, detail-

oriented, and self-motivated. It also desires the candidate to have knowledge with programming

systems, planning, and data analysis. There are skills that this job requires and that there are

some that are prefer that will be taught if you get this job. It is important to use both ethos and

logos when applying for this job. You have to persuade the employer that you are credible and

that you are the perfect candidate, you also have to make it seem like you are the only logical

option for the position. You have to apply to this position online. I am very interested in applying

to this position, but I feel like I don’t have some of the qualifications that are desired.

Job Posting #2: Civil Engineering Intern – Part Time

The purpose of this job posting is to attract college students who are pursuing a degree in

civil engineering to apply for this position. This job is different from the other one because it has

a more specific audience and this position has different qualifications like the candidate should

have experience with CAD. The other qualifications this job requires are the candidate must be

detail-oriented, have good organizational skills, and have good writing skills. You need to
possess these skills because if you didn’t you wouldn’t be suitable for the job. The candidate

must have these skills because they will be using them for the job if they get it. Like the other job

posting it is very important to use ethos and logos when applying to this job it is very important

to use ethos and logos. You use ethos to persuade the employer through your ethics and

credibility. You have to show them that you are the perfect candidate for this position. Logos is

also used to persuade the employer. You have to make it seem like it is the only logical option to
