2. On the first doy (October 27), oll Regionol Associotion of Communicotion Arts
Supervisors members (RACAS) ore expected to otiend the Pre-work to discuss the
contest guidelines (new ond existing) ond to identify coniest/commitiee officiols
during the individuol ond group conlesis. CALABARZON Associotion of School
Poper Adviser (CASPA) Officers ore olso requested to poriicipote. See enclosure 2
for the lisi of officers. Division Associotion of School Poper Advisers (DASPA) moy
olso porticipote during the orientotion bui food will not be provided.

3. As per 2019 NSPC Guidelines, Online Publishing is now considered os contest

cotegory. See enclosure 3 for the contest guidelines ond score sheet.

possible revision ond/or chonges mode in the motrix will be disseminoted properly
