I am an efficient college student studying Psychology with a 3.0 GPA at Arizona State University West
Campus. During my schooling, I have also managed to accrue nearly 3 years of valued work experience
that has let me grow as an individual. I had the privilege of working for Culver's in a Crew Chief role in my
free time, where I learned valuable professional skills such as customer communications, conflict
resolution, and customer satisfaction; three skills your team is looking for in a potential employee. In
addition to working at Culver’s, I had the incredible opportunity to work with A Brighter Avenue,
providing ABA services to a child with autism. The child I worked for taught me more about the real world
and just how great it is than any schooling ever has in my life. With him, I was able to implement goals
that his parents and past provider had set for him and track his behavior along the way. Within four
months, the child had a 50% turn around.

In both my school and work life over the years, I have been praised for my hard-working attitude by my
professors, employers, and peers. Whether working on projects for my course or for my previous jobs, I
have proven my abilities in creative thinking, leadership, and communication skills, which I hope to bring
over into the Customer Service Representative role at your company.
