Instructions for Final Year Students (Group A2)
Industrial Training (RCS-753)
Industrial Training is an important activity for all engineering students. This activity sets a
complete skill set in students and prepares them for Industry. To complete this task successfully,
every student of Final year A2 Batch will follow the under mentioned instructions sincerely.

1. Every one of you will come with the proper running code of your project done during
Industrial Training and there will be separate evaluation of this code.
2. Every student will follow the guidelines related to Dates of presentation, Report writing etc.
3. Delay in presentation and report writing will lead to deduction of evaluation marks, 50%
marks will be awarded.
4. Students have to present a power point presentation approx 10 -12 minutes duration followed
by Q&A of 5 minutes, for the presentation if you need laptop or any type of connector
you have to mange by your own.
5. Extra marks will be given to a student if he/she wins any project competition in/ out the
RKGIT campus based on his industrial training project.
6. Each student has to submit an industrial training report (Spiral Bound) at the time of
presentation as per the guidelines attached herewith. For late submission, Zero mark will
be given in Report Writing Column.
7. You must be in proper college uniform with ID-card at the time of presentation.
8. Follow the attached schedule for your presentation date and timing.
9. In case, a student is having any other important engagement on the same
date (on which his/her Presentation has been scheduled), prior written
permission must be taken from HOD, CSE. Moreover, intentional absence
on schedule date will reflect Zero mark in final evaluation.

Page Number: Page should be numbered consecutively and clearly. No page number should be

title page to abstract page Greek numbers should be used. From main text to end of thesis Indian
numerals should be used. All typing should be on right hand pages only.
