THOUSAND PERCENT, Who finished範rst in the second race at Churchill Downs
On June 28, 2018 contained the Acepromazine metaboIite 2-1-Hydroxyethyl
Promazine Sulfoxide (HEPS) at a Ievel of 76 ng/ml in urine (Class B). After a formal
hearing before the Board of Stewards Steven M・ Asmussen is hereby suspended
THIRTY (30) days, December 20, 2019 through January 18, 2020 (inc獲usive) and
fined ONE THOUSAND ($1,000.00) DOLLARS. Due to mitigating circumstances
(number ofviolations in reIation to overall record) the suspension is to run
COnCurrently with Stewards Ruling糾9-0122. THOUSAND PERCENT is
disqua雌ed and all purse血Oney forfeited. Pari-mutuel wagering i§ nOt affected by
this ruling. During his suspension Mr・ Asmussen is denied the privileges of all
faciIities under the jurisdiction of the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission. Entry of
aIl horses owned or trained by Mr. Asmussen is denied pending transfer to persons
acceptabIe to the stewards. Upon receipt of this ruIing? it is required within thirty
(30) days to pay any and all fines i血POSed to the Kentucky Horse Racing
Commission. Failure to do so wiII subject the Iicensee to summary suspension of

#00117884 taken from BOLDOR, Who蛙nished鯖rst in the sixth race at Keeneland
On October 25) 2018 contained the Acepromazine metaboIite 2-1-Hydroxyethyl
Promazine SuIfoxide (HEPS) at a level of 17.7 +/一1.1 ng/mI in urine (Class B)

(2nd oifense). A請er a formal hearing before the Board of Stewards, Steven M.
Asmussen is hereby suspended SIXTY (60) days and fined TWO THOUSAND
FIVE HUNDRED ($2,500・00) DOLLARS. Due to mitigating circumstances

(nu血ber of violations in relation to overall record) 30 days are to be served from

December 20, 2019 through January 18, 2020 (inc獲usive). The remaining THIRTY

(30) days are stayed on the condition that no CIass A or CIass B medication violation
OCCurS in any racing jurisdiction within 365 days from the date of this ruIing. The
SuSPenSion is to run concurrently with Stewards Ruling糾9-0120. BOLDOR is
disqualified and all purse money forfeited. Pari-mutuel wagering is not a鱒ected by

this ruIing・ During his suspension Mr. Asmussen is denied the privileges of a1看
