Summary of the Class Observation by ICL Teachers

GRADE 7 FAITH SUMMARY

The ICL for the Grade 7 Faith was teacher Mercidita A. Lumaad. From the very
start, Ma’am Lumaad informed us that only in the 2nd teaching schedule will she give her
comments and feedback it is because according to her, she must consider our adjustment
period in handling the class. However, Ma'am Lumaad never missed a single class and
is gladly observing at the back. Before we started our lesson, we submitted our lesson
plan to her and she carefully observed us as we are handling the class.

The following are the common remarks and observation she has given the group:
 Preliminary activities were done to set the mood of the class.
 Review and motivation were conducted well.
 ICT integration was evident. It enhances students’ participation.
 Discussion of the topic conform with the day’s objectives.
 Efficiency and effectively in the teaching-learning process are evident
 Mastery of the subject matters leads to a successful teaching.

GRADE 7 HOPE SUMMARY

The ICL for the Grade 7 Hope was teacher Mercidita A. Lumaad. For the whole
Remedial class at Dologon National High School, Ma’am Lumaad never missed a single
class and is happy observing and writing comments on a sheet of paper at the back of
the classroom. And she informed us that she will rate us with our 2 nd time teaching the
class, because she explained that the 1st meeting would be hard because it’s our 1st time
in front of the class. And when we pass our lesson plan to her, she flips the paper
according to the page as to where we already are in the classroom.
The following are the common remarks and observation she has given the group:
 The use of teaching aids and teaching strategies are evident.
 Enhances the students’ active participation.
 Mastery of the subject matter is evidently displayed.
 Creativity and resourcefulness are also evident.
 The art of questioning needs to be enhanced.
 Confidence and good rapport with the students are shown.
 Good potential of becoming a successful teacher.

GRADE 7 GRACE SUMMARY

 The ICL for the Grade 7 Grace was teacher Carme Jean Rifasura. For the whole
Remedial instruction, we conducted in Dologon National High School, teacher Carme
Jean did not even for once missed our meetings every Wednesday. Since day one, she
has already observed and give feedbacks to our group’s performances and teachings.
The following are the common remarks and observation she has given the group:
 Good execution of the preliminaries.
 Review conducted was able to link the previous lesson to the new topic.
 Used instructional Materials.
 Has a mastery on the subject.
 Activities are fun and engaging.
 Always be more appreciative to the students.
 Always communicate the objectives to the students.
 Use varied teaching strategies.
 Improved more on class management.

GRADE 7 FREEDOM SUMMARY

The ICL for Grade 7 Freedom was teacher Carme Jean Rafisura. For the whole
duration of Remedial Instruction that we conducted in Dologon National High School,
teacher Carme Jean did not even once miss our meetings every Wednesday. Since day
one, she has already observed, give feedbacks and some tips to our group's
performances and teachings.

The following are common remarks and observation she has given to the group:

GRADE 7 JOY SUMMARY

The ICL for the Grade 7 Joy was teacher Mericidita Lumaad. For the whole
Remedial Instruction, we conducted in Dologon National High School, teacher Mericidita
Lumaad did not even for once missed our meetings every Wednesday. She keenly
observes us and after that congratulate us together with a lovely smile.
