Games of the Generals Boys and Girls

Ground rules

1. Participants should be bonafide MAPEH and SWM students who are enrolled for this
semester S.Y. 2017 - 2018.

2. Double Elimination system will be apply for this tournament.

3. The game will be played individual. In the absence of the player, a substitution is not allowed.

4. A standard rules for the game of the general will be apply ( please see attached rules at the
back)

5. Participants should wear the assigned color of uniform. Otherwise they will not be allowed to
play.

6. The game is simultaneous, players must at the venue and wait for their time or schedule to be
announced.

7. Defaulting time of 10 minutes will be strictly follow.

8. The players will called by the announcer.

9. Disrespect the official will be called technical.

10. If the players caught fighting automatically suspended.

Volleyball

1. A team without any registered team official/s before the start of their scheduled game will
lose their game by default.
2. The referee has the power to decide any matter involving the game including those not
provided for in the rules.
3. The game will start by toss coin.

Ground rules for table tennis

Player Eligibility:

1. All participating players must be enrolled in school year 2017-2018.

2. Only the player/pair who played on the first round shall play the remaining rounds.
3. Player/pair must be wearing the proper color of their team, if not they will be
automatically default

Match Rules:

4. A game shall be won by the player/pair first scoring 21 points. Both player/pair are tied at
20 points, the game is won by the first player/pair who gets the next point.
5. A match shall consist of 1 set.
6. All matches up to the finals will be 21 points 1 set match.
7. The winner of a coin toss between opponents shall have choice of serving, receiving, or
choice of ends for the game.
8. If any disagreement occurs in regard to a point, a game, or any other play situation, it
shall be mutually agreed by all players in the game that the point or situation be played
over immediately

Basketball

 STUDENTS WHO ARE ENROLLED IN 2017-2018 SCHOOL YEAR ARE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE
 THE BASKETBALL GAME ADOPTS THE DOUBLE-ELIMINATION SYSTEM OF TOURNAMENT
 PARTICIPANTS SHOULD WEAR PROPER SPORTS ATTIRE
 FIBA RULES WILL BE APPLY
 A TIME OF 10 MINUTES A QUARTER
 A DEFAULTING OF 5 MINUTES
